there is no service towards customer I have order the food at 9:30 pm they give me half of my oder at 11:45 the rate and the services does not match

The hotel is located in prime locality of civil lines Prayagraj. Room and bathroom were clean but there was a lack of proper lighting. Food and service was very very slow and not upto to the par though.

Room was totally luxury, neat and clean. Especially Bathroom, toilet area was quite big and luxury. My wife loved it. Moreover, Hotel can add some more amenities to Bathroom like as Comb, Dryer and Shaving Kit. I felt that missing. The car parking staff was generous. Food could have been served with more taste though.

The hotel is at a good location not very far from railway station and close to the company park etc. Sangam is also about 20 mins by e-riskshaw. The hotel has pleasant ambience and the rooms are good and comfortable. The hotel staff is very courteous.
