there is no service towards customer I have order the food at 9:30 pm they give me half of my oder at 11:45 the rate and the services does not match

Good but could be better
The hotel is located in prime locality of civil lines Prayagraj. Room and bathroom were clean but there was a lack of proper lighting. Food and service was very very slow and not upto to the par though.

Property located at good place rooms are also good i have opted dinner but due to less number if people they told us to do alacard but we found breakfast was not upto the mark and due to which i m giving rating of 3

Luxury Stay with ignorable yet improvablefacts
Room was totally luxury, neat and clean. Especially Bathroom, toilet area was quite big and luxury. My wife loved it. Moreover, Hotel can add some more amenities to Bathroom like as Comb, Dryer and Shaving Kit. I felt that missing. The car parking staff was generous. Food could have been served with more taste though.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is at a good location not very far from railway station and close to the company park etc. Sangam is also about 20 mins by e-riskshaw. The hotel has pleasant ambience and the rooms are good and comfortable. The hotel staff is very courteous. Terrible Stay
I had a terrible experience. The room category we booked was executive whereas we got deluxe room. The TV was not working then after complaint they sent the engineer to fix it but it again stopped working after few minutes. The bathroom was blocked which after complaint was sorted. The kettle in the room was not working. They changed it thrice then it worked but thereafter as we made tea, it all got curdled. The housekeeping staff also camein and tried making tea, but then also it curdled. The room no was 108. This is not what we paid for. We got there to relax but what we got was mental harassment. I need a refund as it was all a disgusting trip for me.

The hotel is very well maintained with all the amenities. The room and washroom was clean. The staff was very cooperative and polite. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Overall very nice
I liked this hotel in every aspect as far as I can tell. I liked its location, its food and its cleanliness. In addition, Above , the staffs here are very friendly and well behaved.

Best accommodation at prayagraj civil line
Good hospitality, pleasent stay, good location. All staff of hotel are also good behaviour. Recommended all for stay here. Excellent behaviour also noticed at reception for this hotel. Namely Urvashi at reception.
