location was bad, without television

very small room no 312.it can be fit for single person and short stay.

location is ok. no good is offered, so nothing to comment. But regarding amenities, AC, TV was not working. they're is no 24x7 hot water. whenever you want to, they switch on something and after eating a bucket of water you get only like warm water. no shower. no shampoo. bathroom is very small you cannot even wash your body properly. no ventilation/exhaust in the bathroom. all the stink comes into the room. it's not worth paying. i think because of kumbh rates are increased. overall it's one of a bad experience. one more issue, they are taking for granted the online booking customers by giving lousy t rooms; and they are giving their own/ walk in customers better rooms

Room was not provided as pictures were shown. There was no ac if I chose western washroom as shown in the pictures. Also the room was very compact. They charged the amount for big room but provided a smaller one. No food facilities and other amenities like lift etc. Facilities were the worst at the property. The location was ok. No food provided by the hotel in service

I have booked through make my trip and for western toilet room he has charged extra 500/-.

Amenities and services are worst and in terrible situation. As it is a lodge food are not applicable. Location is good. However, the property manager misguided us by not sharing the latest road closures

completely unprofessional hotel very very pathetic room there no service person, one of worst movement is where we reach hotel on duty person come on underwear in front of the family, and the language and behaviour like anything, way of talking worst,

MMT makes one to live in a pigeon cell with no facility as described.

I did not even get a chance to stay at the hotel, all the roads leading to the hotel were blocked with barricades and there wasnt even a chance to walk to the hotel forget about taking vehicle, the hotel staff wasnt even responding properly, i also talked to the make my trip support team at 3am, i did not expect this to ever happen it was a terrible experience, i want a refund for this booking

Room was too small, cleanliness was pathetic,no geyser. In respect of amenity I give this hotel a big zero.I suggest not to book this hotel.

It is not worth the amount paid, just around 500 as the last option in prayagraj will be the right amount.

Hotel was terrible

I stayed at this property on 11.02.25. The stay wasn’t very comfortable. The room size is very small. The restroom is even smaller. The commode area is so small that one can’t even comfortably there. Overall, the room service is average to good. The most important fact about this property is that it is located at a distance of around 1 km from platform no.1 of Prayagraj Junction. Thank you!

Stay and food were good. Narrow staircase almost had a fall going down. Staff was informed and helpful for travel to triveni sangam. Parking was there for our car also in the front. Room had indian latrine and no running hot water.

I was allotted 4 th floor stay, without proper information. No lift. A small room, not worth for rent.

Terrible stay! and the rooms were very congested, bathroom was not clean at all! no door lock was there and we booked two rooms and didn't get the same, for a better room we had wait till 10pm despite having booking since 12 pm staff were not helpful! location is good enough
