HOTEL GOOD WILL

Had the worst stay ever one could have. The hotel stay is a nightmarish stay one could have. Do not book this dreadful hotel; the conditions were absolutely unacceptable

Very unhygienic bathroom was not good nd everything was un washable it's smell so bad

Peoperty is not at all hygienic and fit for stay. Although couple of staff tried to improve in their capacity, But right from ambience, cleanliness, Room facility, maintenance and other many more parameters, the experience was very bad for me.

The hotel was terrible from entry point to the room and toilet. I got abrasive cut at ankle due to concrete at main gate. Badly stinking and dirty toilet along with non connected TV,AC and pricking bed compelled us to leave within hours. My wife Mamta Singh has felt so bad about the situation.

I have booked Ac room but Ac was not working. Room was too small and dirty bathroom flush was not working and dirty. Not happy with the stay

Very unhygienic and dirty place to accommodate and you as make my trip charged me 6k for an hotel who doesn't even value 1k. Very disappointed with you make my trip

Took 2 rooms on 12th to 13feb 2025. One room is smelling very bad. We asked to change the room but was ignored. We asked for room freshener, but even that was not provided. No geyser in bathrooms also. Have to bath with chilled water only. I took no pictures

Please don't suggest anyone to hotel good will. They even not provide water to us.

Hotel was in worst condition no lift no towel water bottle soap don't keep this kind of hotels in mmt it will ruin your reputation hardly we stayed for one night

Extremely disheartening. They want to make money without cooperating. It was mahakumbh and they were well aware that no body will come back to hotel once they left. People don't know what will be the situation. No body has seen this type of crowd. Hotel guys are shrewd people. They don't want us to leave prayagraj happily with good experience

Horrible hotel. Dirty, filthy place.

Located near to prayagraj junction. Very small room and very dirty. Taps were broken no geyser very small washroom, not able to take bath. There were spitting on walls of room of gutkha pan masala. Dirty bedsheets and blanket and staff didn't listen to change it. Very very suffocated place

1. Terrible. Infact i have raised complain against this pathetic and shabby hotel provided. I was forced to leave that hotel within half hour due to unhygienic conditions of the hotel.

The experience of staying in the hotel was very bad. The behavior of the staff was very rude. The bedsheets and rooms of the hotel are very dirty and they don't even have an exhaust. The construction of the hotel is very old and the bathrooms are also very dirty

Room not like staying, i have refuge at that hotel staying at another hotel there ! at the booking time room the picture is excellent and the time reached that point scenario is healing and heaven ! for example at the booked time showing excellent and but actually is heal. Overall experience is very bad of that hotel. Not taking that picture we reached that hotel and submitted the documents after submitting the documents that the receptionist showed us the room but that room did not like staying.

no cleaning,dirty room and washroom not clean,ac not proper 10×10 room ,don't book room in this hotel. it's may be risky. it's only couple 2min room not for long stay
