Hotel Suncity

Location is good, just 500-600m near the Prayagraj railway station. Sangam is approx. 6-8km, approx. 15-20 min in e-rickshaw. Rooms are decent, little bit small but good for short stay or night stay. Amenities are good. They have restaurant also, price little bit on higher side but quality and hygiene is maintained. Staffs are also polite as per my interaction. The Hotel Suncity is on the road itself, so communication to any part of Prayagraj can be smooth. Room price can vary. I felt the room price little bit high, but for others it may be fine.

the staff are cordial. they changed my room when wifi was not coming to my room. food service is good. staff are very courteous. however the Hotel Suncity is on road. so there would be sound if u get front rooms. We visited the Hotel Suncity during Mahakumbh and boarding was excellent and vehicle parking was available but to administration and diversion ,we come up to 200 metres of property.staff were cooperative as I arrived at 1.10am instead of 12’o clock.In house restaurant was said to be there but couldn’t availed due to my timing restrictions and morning divine snan.

we booked 5 premium rooms for one night.All rooms are spacious and clean.Hotel is near to Railway station and other attractions.We did not took food from Hotel Suncity so can't comment on food quality.One nagative point is that they don't provide electric kettle.Staff very co-operative.

Our stay was comfortable. However, In house food service need to be improved, as we were told that restaurant staff were not available on account of Holi festival.

superb service....good clean rooms...Good food...behavior of the stafs are also good.

Our stay was good. Staff was cooperative and supportive and willing to help, Cleaning staffed was also good
