Hotel Prayag

No hot water available in morning

The property is on 5 minutes walking distance to railway station. Hotel staff is humble and assistive in all terms. The guy at reception helped me to book cab for triveni sangam. Breakfast buffet was also good. We had a good stay at hotel Prayag. It affordable too. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. Will look to book it on my next visit to Prayagraj for sure

service is good staff and managers behaviour are appreciable ...i reached in midnight & left hotel in the morning every thing is fine.

Location is best but rum size is very smaller size Bad size 5x5 &my highest 5.9 fit so very problem is slipping

Hotel authorities provided other room in place of reservation for done for ac executive room.manager provided poor room at 1.30pm.there was moisture and poor sanitation.bathrooms were dirty and old.there was a big gap window like in bathroom

Nice and cozy place, economical, staff was very courteous Had a pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is at very close proximity to railway station and various restaurants

It is a very old establishment with most of the things hardly working my tv was not working at all. The door for toilet didn't have a lock from outside. only book if you just have to rest for 3-4 hours between a train gap. not recommended for vacation

if u want hygiene, never prefer this hotel. The room given to us was not hygienic. Rent was not justified by size and facilities inside the room. we felt overcharged Lucky if Lift is working Restaurant items sympathetic, considering rent.

Rooms are not at all maintained. But the Restaurant was good. Room Wasn't cleaned after previous customer. Staff are low. Except for Restaurant, there was one staff who was so good and took good care.

Location though was easy bang opposite Hotel needs to correct that. Very misleading info. The hotel reception staff that day was awful. Though rooms are average but it seems property is quite old. Room wall papers are peeling. Staff talks in loud voice in the corridor outside which disturbs the ppl inside the rooms. The room otherwise would have merited not more than 2000 on other than Kumbh days. Food was average and averagely priced too. Beds were clean and bathroom too was average clean. One can say that was the only saving grace. I booked in majboori only Should be booked in majboori only.

The stay was good and also rooms were clean. The food was really tasty.The place is very near to railway station and during mahakumb it was very helpful

Very bad room no G-7. Unclean, disturbance at night, unprofessional approach of the staff and manager, very poor quality breakfast. My worst experience of stay in a hotel charging per night for a unfurnished small room.

Room was 3rd class according to the price. Make my trip should should also take it seriously. No proper guidance how to take bath in Sangam & how to reach there.Staff were not not at all helpful.

No doubt Staff, waiters and helpers are very cooperative and behaviour is very good Food is very delicious of their restaurant but rooms are very dirty and bad smell is continuously coming not a satisfactory room according to they charged us

The rooms are not clean. On arrival they asked for photo copy of ID and instructed to get photo copied from out side though they have photo copier with them. Later when we insisted they did photo copy in-house. Also the fire safety seems compromised as there were no exit signage’s in corridor and fire exit door near the lift on GF was padlocked in night. When requested for early breakfast they straightaway denied saying their staff comes at 8am only.

We reached at3 pm while check in time was 1 pm even though room was very dirty we can’t stay and left the hotel
