Hotel Golden Palace

Very Very Very bad.no food services by hotel. Even tea not available in hotel. Amenities are so bad. Rooms are so dirty.

It was like hell we booked from make my trip. You people cheated us. The conditions of the indian seat were like we see in public toilets. No words to express our concerns.

it’s really very poor on your part. I can share the actual pictures of the rooms provided to us . You people can not cheat the public on the name of Maha Kumbh

Location is near station no lift/food service western commodes in some rooms only not worth for the price paid. Empanelment of such property will effect reputation of mmt cooperative staff specially mr. Rehaman

Rooms are good, no lift in hotel but luggage service is available. Staff is courteous. No resturant in hotel although lot of options available nearby. Property is close to railway station.

Room was very small no wardrobe to hang clothes also after spending rs. 30000/ bad choice

Dikhaate kuch hai hota kuch hai. Toilet in photo english seat but in a real desi. I did not like it that’s why I exit this hotel before day

Washroom was not clean and water comes out in room while bathing. Bed sheet and pillows were not clean

No lift. Television was faulty. Cleaning is average. Location is better. It is nearby jn. Over all average stay

It's a decent stay which is located 5 min walking from prayagraj jn. Staffs are cooperative and helpful. Special thanks to sharmaji.

The room was not hygienic, washrooms also were not cleaned up to the mark also the hot water tap was not working.

Management of hotal is very good behaviour of all the staff is good, polite and helping ashif khan is good employ

the space was quite filthy.🤢🤮 additionally, the restroom was considerably stenchier and filthy.🤮🤮 the towel was filthy as well.🤢 they claimed to have hot water available all the time, but there was none at all.🥶🤒 although i had reserved a double bed, it was not one. no bedsheet was present. the mattress was filthy, stinky, and extremely uncomfortable.🤢🤮 in addition, the blanket was soiled and unpleasant.🤮🤮
