Milan - A boutique Hotel

The hotel is good for the price they’re offering the room. They could have provided a tea/coffee kettle as well. The food is average, and there isn’t much variety in the breakfast. The staff is good, and the room is neat and clean.

This hotel location is not worth staying and even hotel is also very hygiene..no services at all, reception people never answer your call and rate are too high compared to the location. only entry is good rest would suggest to opt for other hotels in civil lines.

Lots of issue: 1.Bathroom shower was not working. 2. Toilet water systen was not holding water

bad rooms, ac not functional, bad service, foul smell in rooms, won't recommend anyone to stay there.

The deluxe room was too small for 3 adults and 1 child. 1st of all MMT should not take such request based on number of guests and should suggest proper room size. There was no ventilation in the room, and too much expensive for its size and quality. Positive was - Bedding was very clean.

Beautiful place..receptionist was humble.the place was good,so was the food as well..would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

overall a nice hotel. but they have shortage of staff considering the number of people poured in during MahaKumbh. and the forceful buffet for dinner which was excluding the hotel stay charges. I couldn't order for dinner separately.

The room were dirty, full of mosquitoes not worth the price paid.

Stay at hotel was comfortable. Too much costly in comparison of facilities. No tea cattle provided which is a basic amenity now a days. Kitchen was not functional at its full capacity. Manger was generous enough to provide us tea and milk sachet as we had carried our own kettle. Very near to prayagraj junction.

No way to go hotel no person to help their customers at late night they assured that they will see we reach hotel even we are stopped at parking place we 4 senior citizen had terrible nights

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people for my mahakumbh stay and paid 18k for it (which is overpriced looking at the room conditions. They were trying to charge for extra bed which we never asked for and neither received. Thats a scam. Won't recommend anyone for it ever.

Staff is cooperative food quality good So nice stay in PRYAGRAJ (Uttar Pradesh)But driver and parking facility not given by hotel....

That was a very good hotel. Room service only they delayed. Hotel arranged local cab for airport but the driver behaviour and manner was not satisfactory.

Worst experience

The hotel is conveniently located near the kumbh mela, but the rooms are quite small, and the service is slow. Room service takes an excessive amount of time to fulfill orders. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as it prioritizes revenue over guest satisfaction.

Date change was allowed but they did not modify my booking. Even they do not pick phone for any query. Even gst bill not provided to me. Horrible experience.

The best part is the location of the hotel, nearby to the station. They have restaurant but there's hardly any service available. The tea (only thing i ordered) is horrible. The hotel says the breakfast time us 8am but the restaurant and food was available till 9:30. No housekeeping provided for 3 days. The rooms nearby the road are big but too noisy. Noise of traffic, noise from railway station.

Couldn't reach the hotel due to barigating imposed by maha kumbh authorities. So my entire money got wasted hence request for refund
