Review Of Prayag Sangam Stay

It was my one of the worst experience of my life time. I have done lot of tours & flights accommodation bookings with you in the past but this time standards proved to be at zero level. Below are the details for your reference to process refund to me for services not given. AC double occupancy room was booked With mineral water & other basic facilities. At the checkin time When requested at the counter they denied to give AC room & said my booking is non AC room. They haven't given Water bottles, Towels, Soap, Dustbin etc. Fan without Regulator hence I couldn't use that too as no place to adjust. Bathroom was open without grills hence lot of Mosquitoes were disturbing us hence I was forced to spend my most of the time outside room. This property is OYO standard with unsafe climbing stairs without handle, no cleanliness & managed by family as Guest house.Attaching herewith photos for your reference. The condition of the room was pathetic The window of the room was broken n full of mosquitoes .The size of the room was too small what's seen in photos n stairs was very dangerous without any support .

Very bad hosting or ZERO customer care. Not even drinking water was provided at room. 0/10 Not recomended at all.

Booked When I arrived, the hotel said they have blocked OYO and MMT two months ago and cannot honour any booking done through them. MMT helped to find an alternate arrangement; but it was 5 KM away and several notches below in quality. Just escaped sleeping on the road

Worst experience. No " in room service " provided by Hotel. zero customer service.

Hotel was full of mosquitoes and broken window ac was not working as well

very bad ,and the service was pathetic. The food was also not good, and they don't provide food from the hotel instead of that they bring food from outside.when we ordered the tea they brought after 3 hours and they charge double for tea according to the charge the room was quite expensive and accommodation was not very terrible.
