Bed bugs didn’t allow me to sleep whole night, blanket and bedsheet were all dirty

The room was smelly, it didn't have proper ventilation. It’s difficult to stand inside the bathroom as the height is just 7 feet only

The staff here is genuinely polite and helpful — special mention to Suraj from housekeeping, Gaurav from service, and Yash and Abhishek at the front desk. However, I had booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe Room but was initially given a Standard Room, which was corrected only after I raised the issue. Basic amenities like towels, soap, and shampoo were also missing. The menu is priced much higher than nearby options, and with no operational full time kitchen, timely service is uncertain. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, but a few fixtures like the health faucet and shower need minor maintenance. Overall, great staff but the hotel needs attention to amenities, pricing, and upkeep.

I was reached there by rickshaw... Food is not provided, amenities was good and service was also excellent but drinking water was payable... this is minus point

the stay was amazing, as described by my mother, who stayed there for 3 nights. absolutely affordable, and easily accessible. the washrooms were clean and the room service was good, affordable, and tasteful too.

My stay at the hotel was wonderfu. Staffbare very helpful i enjoyed the food and loved the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well-managed, and i felt very relaxed. I would love to come back again.
