Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Location is fine but the surrounding is very unhygienic. My room was not cleaned for even once in 5 days stay. The timings of my stay in room was odd as I had my exams but still no one bothered to clean the room in evening when I was available in the hotel. Overall it was an average stay. Not very good. Not very bad. Just average.

Hospitality was worst plus parking was really bad

Room was okay. Bathroom was smelling. Water flow from taps was very slow. Locality is very bad kind of slum area. I feel it was a muslim maholla. Not at all recommended for people travelling with families. Hotel charged me extra for food bill payment I did using UPI

Hotel was located in very congusted area and room was not airy

it was nice experience in the hotel, we went at the time of Kumbh. so the rates were very hight. but hotel was neat and clean nd guys were very helpful

the location is not good, feel like entered an old area, old building. it was depressing the moment I enetered. not at all worth the price we paid. washroom was stinking. and bedsheet were smelling bad. felt it wasnt washed

Staff /reception rude behaviour while asking for adjustments.......my total money wasted .... and booking amount -not refundable so it’s my experience this Hotel is not recommended for further booking in any season

I booked deluxe room but the room was so small. Very bad experience. Rooms and bedrooms are not clean. There is no mirror in bathroom. Bathroom fitting and washbasin so dirty. Damaged western closet. Floor mat also very dirty. In three days no one visited for cleaning. Situated in unhygienic surrounding. Used blanket kept for using. The hotel is not value for money.

Property was near civil line bus stand was wrong statement that was described. It was so much fare and located at very dirty place

Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t provide a pickup facility so we were unable to stay there.

Location is very much inside from road not well known by Auto and cabs drivers . Amenities was extremely poor in comparison shown on photos in deluxe gold room .bed sheet was turned and stained from two to three places ,fan regulator nob was missing ,washroom was not properly cleaned ,wallpaper behind the head of bed was turned from many places .I requested to change the said bed sheet but it has been deliberately ignored .the behavior of the reception as well as staff was very rude .we have not ordered any food considering the above condition .Overall response was very discouraging .

The reception, the staff behaviour was unacceptable as well rude. Room condition was extremely poor. Bed sheet was turned at many places and foul too but even asking to change, it has been deliberately ignored. Washroom condition is also not encouraging.

We are not satisfied even after the paid tarrif in advance and intimation to hotel in advance as 1. There was dust in room. 2. The towels were full of moisture. 3. No water was served in the room. 4. Room service person had not come on call. 4. Even no person person coming to lift luggage. So recommendation is to make my trip for fair and an effective evaluation where customer can get return of money paid to.

No complimentary facilities provided. No towels, No heater, No geyser, and we booked Deluxe room. Cleanliness was average. Locality was poor. Food was also average. they will provide you filter water as they claimed but not Bisleri.

The stay at the hotel is good but there is no facility for breakfast in the morning. The approach of the hotel is also good

Rooms are not maintained also location is very interior to prayagraj railway station also the reception guy are not good

Mm t charged me rs. 2576, but the actual fare at hotel is rs. 1500 only. Mm t cheated me. I want the difference amount back.
