not good services, location is good , amenities not got specially did not got drinking water

Worst I feel , there is bad staff they are not providing servicing . For two cup of tea they tool 1hours 10 min , No lift are working in hotel

Service is really bad. Washrooms were stinking. There was no hygiene in the room. Quality of service was pathetic. Meals were ordered and not served on time. Property is 2 star.

The room was so messy, staff is very poor, rude, not punctual, not recommended for family, i called at reception for water in morning but he didn't provide water for many hours after that in evening they provide water it's was very dirty and not recommended for family, and individual too, they are just looting people, they demand extra money too

I booked and called the hotel a day in advance requesting clean room, but what i got on arrival was terrible, room and bed has bugs and cockroaches all over, dirty toilet and stinky, i have taken photos of washroom but i will not upload them, that was so bad, not recomme died at all, i left my toothbrush on table and 10mins later i saw cockroaches feeding it, bed has hair all over, room 107, worst room ever

Damping smell all over, cockroaches, later they provided other room, also they do not provide early checkin, even for an hour early they charge extra 500, staff looks shady, only good thing is it is next to drishti and other coaching

Inconsistent water temperature or pressure: a shower or sink with unpredictable hot and cold water or weak water pressure that makes using the bathroom frustrating.

I am stay one' night but i am feeling very bad. Room construction is very very bad, clean is very poor or i have no language that i explain about hotel, make my trip, etc.

Overall good experience. Prefer to stay if required hotel in civil line area. One thing can improve is fast room service

Actually i booked the hotel by looking at the pics but in reality the moment we entered the room we were completely disappointed. They gave us one room in which somebody had already stayed and extra bedding was present and toilet unflushed. They were stinking like not been opened for days. Everything from bedsheet, pillows, towel, etc was covered with dirt. Most terrible experience ever to stay in a hotel. Even the staff of the hotel showed no concern to our issues and refused to give the no. Of owner of hotel because we wanted to talk to him as we felt cheated at that moment after paying large amount for 7 rooms and that too for a place which was pathetic.

Lift was out of order, dirty towels, poor maintenance, very poor room services.

The hotel doesn’t have hot water facility. They have a vast venue for breakfast but they serve only paneer and a loo paratha in the morning- we asked for simple bread even that they cannot give. It’s dirty. They don’t even change or wash the bedsheets i could see blood stains in that

Property located near drishti i as main civil lines area rooms & banquet are very good & food quality is very good

Best hotel in civil lines food & room service are good hotel location in the main market area. Rooms size 200sqft with attached washroom

there is no service at all available for luggage no parking no room service untrained staff terrible experience it's a waste of my money not good at all better to see another property instead of this 🙏🏻
