Location is good.. No hot water had to take shower with cold water during winter. Not worth worth the money they charge.

The ambiance is very poor. Response for the on house service is the worst. This was not experienced any time earlier by us. I do not recommend any of our friends to opt for this hotel. The worst experience

Dirty bedsheets, torn covers, and dirty ambience. The staff is non welcoming. I was given the lower category of room while charging for higher category. upon asking for a change they sent 3-4 people to room asking strange questions. completely not recommended for solo traveller. also the electricity fluctuates 4-5 times during night . complete waste of money. only food was okay. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANY DECENT GENTRY PERSON TO GO THERE. people who are ok to compromise with their privacy and hygiene may choose.

Break fast was good and infrastructure inside room was pathetic. I don't expect such arrangements

The rooms are not at par with the rates. Food is good but staff is not guest friendly.

Room was spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel should consider providing toiletries for guests- toothpaste, toothbrush etc

The rooms were not as good as shown in picture as they have foul smell including dampness. Food delivery time to room was too much.

Rooms are old. bathrooms are in pathetic condition. knob of shower is not in place. shower sprays in all directions, free amenities are provided after requesting (even water and towels). Staff, be it receptionist, waiter or room service are rude and does not know how to treat their guests. food is okayish

The rooms were neat & clean. The staff was polite & attentive. The location of the property is well connected & well placed.

Worst experience, all staff is not listening at 4 am every staff is sleeping and after asking for water, they provide drinking water after 30 minutes, stay was terrible and horrible, cleanliness is a major concern in this hotel.

I vusited this Hotel in November. I checked in at 3pm. My room was neat and clean with all possible hygiene. Ac, Tv, Electric cattle, tea bag, sugar bag, milk bag were served along with drinking water bottle. Food quality was one of the best i have experienced. Hotel is located in front of GPO on a wide road in Civil lines area. it has ample parking space within premises. 24 hours hot water supply is ensured. Hotel staff is very polite and helping. I would stay there in my next visit to Prayagraj again. Lucknow

Nice and comfortable stay. It is one of the better hotels in prayagraj. The food quality is also good and gives a local feel.
