The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting myside. I had a wonderful experience at the (hn. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

Cleaning off room is very poor, so bed smell is there. Near by room is connected through ventilation so there is no privacy, and smoking smells and talking nice is coming through ventilation.

Room ac good. Only 2 pieces of soap for 3 days. Not cleaning room daily. Food is costly. Staff is not cooperative. Surrounding area is unhygienic. Mobile no provided by make my trip is not useful at all. Hotel is not having any cc tv or camera. Usfeul fir local people only. Anyone coming from suburb or city should avoid this hotel. .

Staff behaviour

I had a booking for two days. Due to train schedule i could not check in on first day. And when i check in next day. They first ask that why i was not check in on first day and don't allot mr room. Then after half an hour they allot me room. And in afternoon they had said that as i don't check in on my first day of booking. My booking is canceled and i had to pay for it. However it is not the case. Terrible experience
