This place is so ill managed that the staffs start to fight with the customers for the very beginning. First of all they demand more money than you would have paid and if you deny to pay, they will say that there is no booking in your name with them. There were 3 parties who faced the same issue at the same time and all of us had also decided to call the cops (just imagine how bad they were. For anyone who is reading this, please drop it fr your options if you don't want your trip to be ruined

Terrible place. It is not worth one single penny.
It is a horrible place. The hotel staffs are the worst i have ever met in my experiences. In-spite of a confirmed booking for 3 rooms on make my trip, some idiots at the reception denied us to provide rooms at 11 pm in the rainy night demanding more money than that i paid through mmt. There were also two more customers who also had same booking issues at the same time. They try to take advantage of your helplessness in every possible way. The hotel management and reception staffs were so rude to all the customers there that all were thinking to call 100 to deal with the situation. The rooms were foul smelling like rats died, small rooms and forget of extra mattress.

Bills what i have recieved from make mytrip mentioned complementary breakfast and dinner, but when i had enquired this with hotel, they denied. Entrace in encroached. Receptionist behaviour towards customer was terrible. Even bath towel were also not provided stating laundry issues. Breakfast available after 9. 15, as their kitchen starts at nine o clock. Bedsheet, pillows were smell like hell. Not suitable for family. Terrible experience, zero rated.

After booking extra amount will be demanded once you reach to the hotel.
Once you reach to the hotel they will ask more money and the mm t will not help you any more. They will send to a worst hotel at the moment. Now you will have 2 option either pay the extra amount at the desk of ready to move other poorer hotel.

Terrible Stay
The worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. I travel to many cities across the country but i have never seen a hotel like this, it's the worst even though i have returned immediately after seeing the room. The public toilet is too clean in comparison to this hotel

Unsatisfied
Arrived at the hotel, location is good, centrally located near market, bus stand and railway station. Lift is there, arrived at reception. Staff at reception were polite. But rooms were very dirty, before our arrival they did not clean toilet, did not changed bed sheets and pillow cover. All were with fresh stains. Despite of our repeated requests manager did not bother to change linen or clean rooms, though he was very polite. One of our room door automatic lick was not functioning, but they did not bother to rectify problem during our stay. Food quality was good, but plates and cups remain outside our room during whole stay period. Overall experience not good. Won't recommend

Regarding stay at hotel vivek
Not a good option to stay. My check in was at 12:00 noon. I arrived the hotel at 3:00 noon, and still the staffs told me to wait for 10 minutes as the room cleaning is in progress. It was very disappointing. Bathroom was smelling and the bathroom door lock is broken due to which bad smell is coming in the room.

Dirty hotel, worst experience.
The hotel room provided to us had dirty bed linen and pillow covers, poor drainage in bathroom dirty wash basin, overall worst experience of my life. Booked a townhouse expecting it be better but totally disappointed.

Property location, food and room cleanliness in the room
The property location at hotel is center at jhonstongunj area in prayagraj. The amenities in the room is normal but they didn't providing a soap and shampoo for bathing. I bought it my self while i am staying in this property. There was one misunderstanding done when i was hooked this property with including meals and breakfast but when i was reached there they told me that no any notification shows for this. So it is bad experience with me. The staff is not behave like a hospitality staff. The water in the morning in washroom is not coming. After several calls to the room service they arrange the water in the wash room. One bad experience regarding wash room was that the flushing system not working in my room. After 4 to5 hours they allotted another room for me. So overall experience is not as good as expected to paid in this range.

Very bad experience at the hotel
Owner was very rude. Just because make my trip didn't confirm the meal package, he reacted as if i was lying, asked me to solve my issue with mm t directly. Also the rooms were dirty and the linen was also dirty, hadnt been changed since god knows when. The bathroom was also dirty. Toilet seats broken, shower not working, tv and set top box also not working. A/c hardly cools. Staff also doesn't offer to help. Overall a pathetic experience. Never book at this hotel. 3rd grade
