Hotel Aman Residency

Gave us used room, not clean, checking out was full of hassle. Taking benefit of maha kumbh. It is more of a Dharmashala not a hotel.

The stay was good. Checkin was efficient. The room 306 was clean, Functional. Location of hotel is convinient. Wardrobe had a handle broken and bathroom latch needed repair. What was a bit disappointing was the room was a box with no open windows. So seemed claustrophobic with no fresh air circulation mechanism. We did not have any meal at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff was courteous

Location is excellent, food is good , we reached at 2 pm and our room was not ready so they did the best they could . Overall good and staff is polite

average hotel with basic amenities. It was heavily overpriced (although we stayed during Kumbh Mela time, so such a hike was expected). We stayed at a Deluxe room, no. 304. Room was pretty small, toilet latch was not working, lots of mosquitoes. This room had two single beds joined together, although MMT booking offered queen bed. This particular room lacked ventilation and external light as well as view, although other rooms in hotel are better than this room. Breakfast spread was very limited. Food hugely overpriced and taste was so-so. This particular room didn't have a phone either. Good things are: location was good. Staffs are polite, helpful and accommodative. Restaurant service available throughout the day until 11pm. Room service was good. On a final note: This is more of a B and B type hotel. Can stay if price is reasonable during non-Kumbh time.

Small room & Very small bathroom We expect More since it was a Deluxe room. No chair to sit in the room

Stay was good amid delay in service, dirty floors and not so good behaviour of staff. Location was good. Food tasty.

stay was nice and comfortable. Hotel staff are very cordial and polite and done good hospitality. Breakfast was nice. Lunch was Average.

Location is good, food is good and services also satisfactory. We found cleaned rooms and over all very good experience.

Went for mahakumbh and the staff were so courteous and helpful to make our visit a great success. Thanks to all the staff.

It’s not a 3 star hotel,it’s a apartment converted to type of OYO hotel/guest house. Room size very small ,smelly and darty.no room service,no tea kit.breakfast ok ok.

location is quite good and nearby to all civic amenities. Room is little bit congested and useful for short stay.

Hotel staff behaviour was very nice. But the hotel was not worth of the price they charged, first of all it was not a 3 star standard hotel. it was a home they converted into hotel. there was even room and bathroom was very small.

Visited with my wife in r/o kumbh snaan..Room is in close proximity of the sangam..Front desk staff was very courteous and polite. Room provided was neat & clean with basic toiletries and Tea/coffee Miniature packets. A budget friendly hotel and Recommended please.

Hotel was not good as rooms were very small and smelly, washrooms were not good and geyser was not working in a room and they did nothing after so many followups so i am not satisfied with the service for which i paid good amount of money. And breakfast was very third class i ate only toast

the hotel is at a very good location and proximity to all the important place. and good restaurant of civil lines. the room is small and washroom hand shower is not working properly, used bedsheets. breakfast menu is very limited. whatever we had was tasty. staff is courteous and good.

Pros: location is superb as it is situated in the posh shopping area. Room size is good for a 3 star. Well stocked with kettle, tea, etc Cons: little more attention could be given to cleanliness eg sheets, bathroom etc Overall: would recommend this hotel for the price of Rs 2500-3000

Ok only. We need to wait for breakfast even at 0830 am. If you are planning to leave early for sightseeing after breakfast would be delayed due to this. Otherwise ok
