location is good but staff have denied to chek in with MMT booking and force to cancle booking at pay them full payment at reception.... I have to pay again full payment to chek in ..

The property was quite good. The area was good. Enough parking space found. The staff was fair but no extra things will be available if required. Rest everything was okay. A hygienic room was given. The air conditioner and television were working nicely.

Overall the hotel is good , The location is fine It was a good experience there but Things they can improve that is hygiene bedsheets and the washroom ain't clean . overall good experience must visit .

It was good I would absolutely recommend City Townhouse Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, exceptional service, and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.

It Was a nice stay..As we are vegetarian so we faced a problem in food ..They didn't allowed us for outside food..And we had to go outside for dinner..Apart from that everything was good

the room service staff were humble food was good and prepared on time location and access to online cabs was smooth room quality is ok..but was a little bit smelly when I checked in overall good stay Room service boys are well behaved and I think that is the core part

Hotel is nice, location is also good. Rooms are small and room service is pathetic. On our checkin we were provided with tea bags and sugar but milk sachets were not provided and when asked they said they are not available in hotel. And this was their response for 2 days. Secondly when we order room service they delivered it in 1 hr 15 min( we had ordered simple Maggi and a glass of warm mill).

Everything was good like they had good room, a good service, clean food etc. But I am rating it 3 because of check in and check out time... You guys have mentioned that if anyone booked the room today so they have to check out room next day upto 12pm ... I think it should be improved (I am suggesting you guys that check out time should be after 24 hr of booking or check in)
