family with 1 kidBut for the location, every thing else were horrible. The tap water was not clear, there were no pillows with the beds, there were no towels. The host was rude. A third rate accomodation.

Avoid booking this apartment at all cost

Avoid booking this apartment. First of all it’s very expensive. I booked it for my parents who are 75 years old. Had to change my plan given the incident of fire and stampede. Talked to the owner anand who claims he is a doctor. He agreed to cancel on phone. But when the request was sent he did not approved despite of my genuine case. Alone modi cannot change india if the people do not change. Disgusting. Please avoid booking this apartment at all cost. Customer experience at the worst.

It's a fake review as you have mentioned that you have not visited the property and asked the owner to cancel the booking but Sir I think before booking the Apartment you have read the T&C it was non refundable and you still asking for the the refund. Your booking was on 11th feb and on that day neither stampede nor fire incident was there. So please stop involving your personal grudges and spreading rumours as you haven't visited Prayagraj at all.

familyThe beds were single but the property owners claims it as double bed for double occupancy however it was for single person. And mattress were so bad and hard uncomfortable to sleep. And the property was almost 4-5 km away from the ghat which is misleading
