Property is good and accessible to near by location of kumbh

Location even though far from airport facilities were good. Took little more time to locate. Close to ghat and bike rides avoided walking. Food facilities at arrival and throughout the stay were good. People were helpful. Only fan is required in room due to very hot weather.

Tent was good but hospitality was not good... not given map to customers & reaching was really difficult.. Harsh was good guy & helpful but alone ... staff was helpful.... food was average .... overall good experience

Went with my father. This was one of the best tents we could find during Kumbh. The host was very kind and gave us a nice room away from the road noises

I booked two tents for my family of four. When we reached there, they asked to accommodate us in a single tent. When we refused to stay in one tent then they accommodated us in two poor tents whose rent was rs 7000- per day. I booked tents of rs 12000- but stayed in dirty tent of rs 7000. I am feeling just cheated.

Location was good but quality of amenities was not as per charges they have taken. Plaster in washroom was damaged and broken.

Average place. Difficult to spot. It’s a little rustic, but it’s functional. Tents have a tube light, table fan and a switchboard for charging devices. But it’s extremely noisy in the night. Washrooms are make do, there’s western commode with flush & health faucet and a wash basin and there’s water supply. Food is cooked in the premises and it quite fresh & tasty. The place is functional and best part is it’s very close to the kumbh mela area in the arail ghat.

It was good and clean stay at the property. The rooms were decent to stay. Staff was helpful and caring.

The tent in maria kumbh nagri was clean, functional. Very apt for small stay. The team who were handling the meru kumbh nagri were courteous and polite this made the stay very comfortable

They didn't help us for transfer from airport to hotel because of which we were left stranded - despite our explanation that we are senior citizens, they didn't care. We lost our hard earned money since you guys are not refunding our money. I would think twice to deal with makemytrip for future travels.

It's a terrible service, no cooler, no tiffin announcement, they take us for granted, we left even 1 day early also didn't care about the money, because of the terrible arrangement, would never use make my trip

1-well managed. 2-customer friendly staff. 3-restaurent attached was good and gave priority catering for guests. 4-near to a rail ghat & someshwara temple street.

The stay was comfortable. Staf were well behaved. Manager harsha is really good and helpfull. Food was ok. Location of tent is good. Its near by ganga rever. Overall excellent experience.

There was no cleanliness in the tent, it was not at all as it was mentioned, it was nothing compared to the photos that was shown, the blankets were not of good quality and were wet, we had booked the stay for 3nights but stayed only for one night, as it was very difficult to stay in such a tent and it would affect our health in such a cold
