not giving proper information of property

Location is far from Prayagraj Jn Railway Station. The name 'Cottage' for the stay itself is incorrect and misleading. It is just a wornout tent. Hygiene inside and around the property was pathetic. The other families who stayed in the premises urinates in open and stink was all around. The toilets were extremely dirty open, without even a basic door for privacy. There's no running water in the toilet. The water had to be collected from nearby tap in a bucket and taken to the toilet. There were no bathrooms to take bath. There's no kettle or provision of hot water for a bath. The stay spoiled the entire excitement of attending the Kumbhmela. The facilities promised were not provided. The stay was like that of staying in a slum and is not worth more than Rs 500/- per night, assimilar facilities were available around the location at costs between Rs 100-500/-. An absolute letdown for a cost of per night.

We book 2 separate rooms for 8 person, one swiss cottage for 4 person and other Dom for 4 persons, but at property they adjust 8 person in one swiss cottage by providing extra beds should have to refund atleast refund 50% of amount, because we accomodate in one cottage and at mid night the property owner a adjust 4 nos more outsiders in our cottage. The host never met with us during our stay. I have visited to andeman nickobaar, gujrat package, oddisa package other packages which all were excellent and encouraged my max collage to follow your services. But in this tour I totally fed up.Condition of toilet was so terrible

1) the place is difficult to find. The instructions provided are insufficient. The google map gps location points to a location inside the ganga river. I spent 90 minutes calling them walking around in circles calling them (with no response till the last 20 minutes. I had a policeman talk to the manager, to then walk to where he was standing - about 5 meters from the campsite. He could not even make the effort to come over and meet me. 2) no place to take a bath. There are 2 toilets that are covered - one english style and the other desi style. There is no covered space to take a bath. There are 3 pipes and it would have been great if it was in a covered area. The english toilet is just a ceramic commode with no place to sit. Both toilets were filthy with no buckets nearby to fill up with water. 3) no fault of theirs, but bhajans keep blasting 24x7. Hard to sleep. 4) on the plus side, it is safe; it is about 2 kms from the sangam and a rail ghat; the beds come with a thick blanket for the cold winters. Apart from the fact that he was unwilling to walk 25 meters to help me find the site, mr pawan seemed like a nice person.

Booking was done for 3 cottage but offered only two, moreover, the offered cottage were not worth of spending so much money. There are only 3 shared toiletries and for those who want hot water for bath, it's not available. Triveni Sangam is approx 4-5 km away.

Dear make my trip you don't know anything about the quality and services provided and not have any control. You are good at marketing only. We required services for that you have promised. Not required your business tricks.

It was a very basic tent, with sleeping on floor, no charging port in the tent, not enough blankets. Just one bulb inside the tent. What about my discount for the above images i provided

The facility provided was par below the amount charged, basic hygiene and sanitation facility was absent. 5 people were made to be crammed in a small tent. Will never ever advise to book this facility again.

Over priceing under maintaince low hygiene but owner was good person overall

Light facility poor, no proper facility and service as previous promise by make my trip and facilitator.
