infra is good but the staff is very unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. they hired uneducated people who don't even know how to talk.i stayed there for3 days and despite telling them so many times to change bedsheet and pillow cover they did not change it even once during all my stats duration of 3 days

The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a dirty washbasin. Bedsheets were unclean, and even replacements were not fresh. Staff behavior was rude and lacked basic hospitality. Room was average for the price.

The location is perfect, hardly 2 km from Prayag Railway Station. It's a newly built hotel with neat and clean rooms. I had a smooth check-in.

rooms are neat and clean . although it's located nearly 10 kms from prayag station . co-operative staff . seems a new property, next time I would prefer.

Toiletries was not provided , although that was included in amenities when I booked. Staff was helpful. Drinking water was not provided in room as complimentary. They still need to learn about hospitality a lot.

it is a newly started hotel and so quality services are missing like... they don't provide complimentary drinking water in rooms; no complimentary tea or breakfast; no dining facility is available; there is no phone in the room to connect reception or room service etc etc.
