It was a great experience to be staying again at Hotel Yatrik. I am staying there for the last 30 years and its always a pleasure to stay there. Great ambiance, very good food and courteous staff.

Yatrik is very good hotel. Having excellent room, ambience and staff. Service, cleaning, staff behaviour and food were excellent.

it was overall an average stay. location is very good. The rooms are a bit small. parking available.

Saw a lot of mixed reviews, was a little worried but it turned out pretty well. Room was quite spacious and clean. Everything was provided all kits and room service was prompt too. Though i found a mosquito but the room had All out. The only thing was its cost almost 7k without breakfast was too much seeing the property and room.

Arrived at 10/45 pm on 4th nova 2024. No booking records were available at the counter. Struggled to check in in between loud marriage party music on ground floor and realised we were check in twin bed rooms for two couples. Again changed room to move to 1st floor where we had queen bed tiny rooms with very poor toiletries and stinking bathroom. Finally settled at 12/30 am next morning. The hotel was worth a night Front office staff was offering rooms at much cheaper rates Next day morning again a guest house feeling in breakfast and no lifts to use 1st floor. All in all a horrible experience - something we shall never forget. We had no choice but to sleep.

Poor service. It would be better that they have infrastructure. A better options are about to open soon.

Stay in hotel patrik prayagraj was good. Hotel was neat and clean, morning breakfast was pretty good. Bathroom jet water pressure was very slow and bathing shower was very small. Try to improve these services too. Overall stay was pleasant.

The stay was good this time as well. The change we saw was that the breakfast has improved somewhat. It wasn't as bad as last time. Rest was all fine. The location, the room cleanliness was fine. The only thing that's lacking is the food and beverage quality. This needs to improve for sure.

The stay was pleasant and calm. The hotel is situated in the city centre close to famous restaurants and train stations.

Our four night stay was quite comfortable, hotel restaurant food was tasty. We felt some problem with washroom, exhaust fan is too small to make it dry.

The location and building are old but good. However the door locks are ancient in the digital age. The housekeeping department not trained. Despite complaining twice the shower in the bathroom nut fixed. The ultimate was check out experience. Despite my information to reception in the night the person on duty was still sleeping and guard dad to go back and wake. I was getting late because of my train timing and the bill was not ready. He refused to even tell his name. Charged me extra 4 k money for changing the room and refused to give receipt. I had ordered that my breakfast be given to me packed during the night itself but the receptionist failed to give me satisfactory answer. The ground staff were helpful and polite. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. Definitely not worth the reputation of mmt. Not worth repeating booking such hotels which don’t run professionally.
