Location - > Pathetic, situated in a SLUM area where no food options are available. Hotel has no restraint STAFF: WAY MORE Pathetic and Never know how to greet customers. Rooms: Phenol Smelly Rooms Drinking Water; They keep tap waters in bottle and refrigerate It and then ask money for the water bottles.

we couldn't found the hotel location through Google map. Then we contacted to match and waisting more then one our on roads we could found the hotel. No restaurant is available in hotel even for tea we have to go outside the hotel. No intercom facility is available in hotel. No kettle and kitchenette was available in the room. geyser was not available in room. No hot water was provide for us at 5 am in the morning and we had to take bath from cold water. Room services was very poor. Staff was not cooperative.

Hotel was not clean, washroom commode was not working. All the water from the commode was leaking into the washroom. ACs were not effective. Rooms are closed and dingy, no windows or ventilation. Pathetic hotel

Very poor service no more facilities. No cooperative staff. The hotel is very badly maintenance and show the wrong of the room. It’s sad to see.

Rooms condition is pathetic. Basic amenities like towel is not provided. None of amenities promised while booking was available. Parking was in the road. overall it was very bad experience for the group and almost 80% had bad experience in spite of room changes made

Whole experience was very bad. Mentioning from the very beginning, we have already confirmed our 3rooms at ground floor, but it caused a very big inconvenience we got 3 rooms at 3 different floor, adding on it the rooms were not clean, lock was not working, staff service was not at all available .

Property is New. Staff are good and the most important thing is the food is great. All nearby location are nearby. Good place to stay with family and friends. Recommended
