1. Upon arriving on 23rd around 1:30 am we were given room 102 and 105 and we were disappointed to find the hotel condition was not at all equivalent to what was mentioned 2. The rooms were not tidy there were lot of mosquitoes and termites in the room. 3. The washroom condition was pathetic and not in usable condition. 4. We were also not provided the room keys and upon asking the staff said they do not have keys with them at that moment, which was strange. 5. One of the room which was suppose to be deluxe room was also not equipped with the Air condition, which was not at all acceptable as we have paid for it. 6. @FABHOTEL knew about the condition but still did not canceled or shifted our rooms. 7. Since rooms were not in usable state we were left stranded as there was no support from fab hotels.
