do not book this hotel especially if you travelling with family and kids
this hotel is worst, staff is uncooperative and rude, it's not fit for family at all, rooms description and pics doesn't match with mmt online description and pics of this hotel rooms, on top of it rooms were dirty and filled with smell of ciggarette smoke and liquor, whole hotel lobby and bathrooms were dirty and smelly , food is also extremely expensive and not worth it, even when I complaint about all these to hotel staff there response was extremely bad and they just said I need to talk to mmt and it's there mistake that room description is wrongly updated, in my view how the hell is it possible?, hotel and staff was totally unprofessional and rude, had lot of problems on checkin also, even after talking to customer support I didn't got much help, it's the worst experience I got in this hotel, please do not book this hotel especially if you are travelling with family and kids,even though I paid a hefty price for this hotel I got a worst experience there it simply doesn't worth it.

Excellent Stay
Best thing inside railway station, near PF6 Room are comfortable with hot cold water and all amenities. From level of Allahabad cleanliness was very good but can be improved. Staff very helpful and awesome specially Abhiraj and Shivani in front desk were very professional. Food was good Overall great stay

Location is near the Railway station. If you are traveling by train then it is comfortable. Rooms are just ok. Washrooms are not at all clean. Bathroom floors are very dirty.

Food: At budget rates the food quality and quantity is very much justified. Prompt service. Neat and clean restaurant. Location: Unbeatable location, right adjacent to Prayagraj Jn. Railway Station. Totally a walking distance from the gates of the Railway Station. Facilities: Wifi, good hospitality, ac rooms, aesthetic ambience.

The room was terrific full smelling of ceiling of water not properly cleaned not as the same as shown in picture also dirty linen marks of stain on pillow purely a bad experience as already complained them but not even room changed

Location and facilities were good but the food was way too expensive to feel realistic, like normal roti was listed for 60 rupees, which generally costs 5 to 10 rs and of even overpriced, then for 20rs.

The hotel was terribly dirty and unhygienic. The bed was broken, chairs dirty, room didnt get cleaned.

Worst experience of my life
location is good but I have faced so many issues in the hotel like 1. They don't have their own parking rather using Railway parking. 2. Room was too small along with the very slim n small bed. 3. One need to pay immediately every time they order anything at room. 4. Inspite of the sufficient stock of Aqua fina mineral water they supply only Vedica (60 Rs.) mineral water in room service. Not to mention they provide Bisleri as a complementary at check in. 5. They object to allow any guest to enter in the room. Which is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel policy while booking. 6. At time of check out they misplaced my food bills & it took around 25 mins to recollect them. Only my valuable time got wasted. 7. Food quality is too poor. For example ordered Masala Maggi in maggi noodles were there but the main ingredient i.e Masala n salt was not present. After making a complaint they refurbished it. Moreover all the items are too costly as compared to their quality. So, in nut shell i don't recommend this property to anyone neither for official nor for personal purpose.

When we requested a Bald guy who worked the night shift for plates to eat dinner, he responded rudely, saying that since the hotel's restaurant was closed, he couldn't supply them.
