Hotel krishna Inn Naini

very unhygienic condition of entire property. Rooms are not cleaned , bedsheets are changed, bathrooms in both rooms are having foul odour, wah basin is not provided in bathrooms, toilet is not cleaned, beds are making sound, plastic table and chair is not cleaned. Mosquito are coming from bathroom ventilation grill. 1 st floor stair is unsafe. During is observed every where. Staff is non co-operative. It is like homestly, no facility of restaurant, Photographs of Deluxe Room-AC showing on site seems fake. Basic facility like stand for keeping toiletry is also not provided in bath room. Bathroom fittings are not maintained, Bed and amenties in rooms are very old and sub standard. One can find better facility in Dharmashala. Stay charges is very high compared to facility provided.

Very poor ambience, staff and management are not courtesy. Not worth the value i would never stay in this hotel

Bed was not good and making sound. Not hot water. At start property denied to allot room. But they did not give rooms as promised on app

First of all one staff member was very egoistic, we didn't get our first complimentary bottle , they didn't provide any bath kit , neither room mat, only benefit I get is that it was close to Naini Station.

pathetic & dirty property west of money . rooms are very pathetic. no cleanses in rooms , doors are also very week in rooms . room service is also not there. no hot water in washroom.

Wash room was terrible. There was no washbasin in the toilet. Rooms were dirty. Seems like we are staying in 500 rs lounge room

Yes this hotel is good to stay. They need to make some more improvements in their building infrastructure and room. Hotel staff members are good and polite.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels i've lived in. The first night there was no electricity in the room because of heavy rains. The problem was that they were running on inverters, so only the light and fan was working in the room. I paid for ac room but i didn't get to use it. Even the light of the bathroom wasn't working because of power cut. They should've had a generator for situations like this. Also the bedsheet, pillow, blanket were full of hair on them, all because they hadn't been cleaned after the earlier guest vacated the room. Then by midnight the battery of the inverter was over and i had to be in complete darkness for an hour, had to complain to mm t about it, after which they fixed something. But still the ac wasn't working due to low voltage. However the next day the voltage was back up by a bit, but then again, it was fluctuating, so the ac was turning on and off continuously, so didn't get the coldness of the ac at all. The toilet also wasn't clean either, they didn't clean it properly and there were stains all over. The bathroom literally has a opening in it that connects it to other floors, maybe something for rain water, idk. This means that other floor people can literally look into your bathroom if they want. There was no sink also in the room. Not an ideal room for sure. I suggest that look someplace else to live, this is not the hotel you want to be living in.

On checking in Hotel Krishna in Naini, I am sharing my experience. The loction is very far from Prayagraj Junction but thanks to Google we reach this property and find on checking in that 1. It's actually a residential house converted into a hotel. They don't have a lift. So you need to carry your luggage to the upper floor where the room is located. The steps are at higher level than usual and you find them difficult to climb. The staircase area is poorly lit with very less luminance 2. In the room you find a double cot with very poor quality bed and the linen is not so clean. On insisting the receptionist who is courteous gets it changed . But the quality of bed and pillows are very poor. The pillows are thin and hard as like the bed. The room Haas only this cots and nothing else. Not even a small desk or chair to sit and have your tea. No water jug, or glasses. No cupboard. The room I checked in seems to have been a kitchen of the house converted into hotel. No cupboard or hangers. The sink attached to this granite slab serves as the wash basin. I had checked in room no.208 of the hotel and as per them this is the best room of the hotel. The AC is definitely working and good enough but the 14inch TV is not placed properly. A small mirror of size about 18"*12" inches fixed on wall in a corner is the only addition provided in the room. 3. Now the toilt/bath room. Very badly done. No shower. Some old bucket and one mug. The commode doesn't have a lid, toilet seat is broken. No water jet gun for washing. The flush is not working and you need to put bucket of water manually everytime you use it. No soaps or towels are provided and you need to request for the same. No place to charge your mobile too. Keep on the granite slab besides the sink and connect it to the power point located there. Moreover I think the room is overpriced. It is not a hotel but a kind of some compromise. Very very bad. If you visit with your family I am sure it's going to be a disaster . the issue was solved by giving a better room (Room no 205) for second night as the hotel was not ready to refund the amount for second night as we wanted to shift to another hotel but there also TV was there but set top box not working, no dust bin so had to throw fruit peels etc on floor, no call Bell in room . But staff ofcourse led by Priya were courteous. Was not a pleasant stay. The property owner seems to ignore even the required covering of ventilated area by putting carton box covering having wide openings resulting in less cooling of room. No dust bin in room. Had to throw fruit peels on open floor. Cardboard box used in room to close ventilator resulting in poor cooling of AC
