Very well and nice comfortable stay with Icon place .........................

The hotel is very close to the railway station and has good access to transport. From the outside it doesn’t seem like a hotel, however the interior is very cool. The restaurant is on the top floor with good tasty food

The are decent size. As we had 2 rooms and 5 people they give one bigger room and one small. The rooms had inherent smoking smell. Initially they fixed the smell by cleaning and spraying. But couple hours later smell again started. In one room AC was not working. But they moved us to different room. Property is on very busy room. It is very close to Prayagraj Junction railway station. Many eating places are present near by. But the front of the hotel doesn’t have hotel feeling. They provided extra bed for 3 person in room. Ther service was good. If problem was reported, they addressed quickly

Location is very good. Room cleanliness very good. Food is hygienic and tasty. Staff and service is excellent.

HOTEL ICON PALACE IS GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT PRAYAGRAJ. ROOMS ARE NEAT AND CLEAN. STAFF IS COOPERATIVE. PARKING AND RESTAURANT ARE AVAILABLE. NICE STAY.

Good room with good food and service. located in the heart of the city. stayed for Mahakumbh and we had a comfortable stay.

Construction work is going on outside the rooms, so much dust. Bathrooms especially toilet is not cleaning properly. Staff should maintain the cleanliness themselves. Restaurant has no option food. Kettle which kept in room was burnt inside and not working. Overall ok. Ok.

Property is newly constructed hence the rooms and the hotel was very clean. The room size is also decent with reasonable storage space. About 5kms from sangam ghat.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and in good condition. The hotel’s restaurant offered a variety of food options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The overall service was great, and I am very satisfied with the property. I stayed with my parents, and they are also pleased with the experience.

Staff is good and it's nearby railway station also good food. we went for kumbh and transport was easily available.

Bit expensive but convenient location, clean rooms, good food. We were there during mahakumbh on 22nd feb still the arrangements were good

~ close to the railway station. ~ food - simple preparation. Good service. ~ courteous room attendants. ~ helpful staff who would willingly guide you to your location within the city. ~ after Maha Kumbh buisness; hotel will surely improvise on the entrance etc. Good dining area on third floor- AC and fans installed.

Very cooperative and kind staff who helped us in the mahakumbh period. Icon palace rooms are also decent.

We reached a day late, the hotel room and washrooms were neat and clean and hygenic. The hotel owners seemed very accomodative, and hospitality was good. During kumbh time, glad to have stayed here, very comfortable. However, due to kumbh we obviously overpaid, but thats the season, cant help it. Overall a good stay, will visit again.

Nice stay, mr. Ashish at reception, helped us in making our stay comfortable even after check out as our train was delayed. A good hotel for the family. Thanks to all the staff once again.

I stayed there during this maha kumbh with my family. It was really a good experience to me. The room condition was good. Regular hot water supply was there. They have own restaurant and the food is also tasty and fast servicing. Nice hospitality. The behavior of manager and staff are so nice and helpful. More over it was a nice stay to me.
