Hotel New Ashoka

Good for stay with average amenities in this hotel but the location is nice.

I have booked standard ac this hotel after light went janitor is on but air conditioner run only light not generator. it's big issue after there is no supply of electricity we passed time with out ac ....We pay all amount no given any notice when booked hotel ......

Hotel is situated in the main market@jonhstonganj .Rooms are neat and clean.........and staffs behaviour is also good.

Because the bedsheet is not available and mattress was so dirty conditions.

I would strongly recommend this hotel for short span of staying it is very close to prayagraj junction and civil lines bus stand.

No geyser in bathroom. One bucket of hot water arranged by hotel. No cup board. Hotel rooms are on first, second, third floor. No lift. Not suitable for senior citizens.

Good service and more helping and guide was very helpful for most of the information provided to us regarding kumbh.

During this busy time of Kumbh Mela, finding a place like this was a blessing. The owners are two brothers who manage the property and are very polite. Narayan, the caretaker, is an adorable chap. But if you’re looking for a quiet place, then you shouldn’t choose this place. This place is full of life and noise and is centrally located. If you’re a real traveller, then you should go ahead with an open heart, and good things will follow you. I wish you the best.

too small room and very poor ventilation. bathroom had no exhaust making entire room stinking. it was too small bed

Average budget hotel near prayagraj junction. Amenities are bare minimum. Rooms are average as per cleanliness and looks. No restaurant is there. If one is looking for a pocket-friendly stay, one can consider this hotel.

We have not reached the hotel due to non-availability of cab from Lucknow to prayagraj. Hotel was also not able to provide cab for.they informed that cabs are dropping the passanger 30 Km away from hotel. your office has issued tax invoice on the time of check in, but we have not visited the hotel. I have requested for refund of amount deposited at the time of booking on 1st feb. as we are unable to visit prayagraj and we have forcefully stayed at lucknow. hotel has given the room to another customer after confirming from me at time of check in. we both are senior citizens. Kindly arrange for refund of amount paid by me. since issue already pending for 18 days

Cleanliness of room & washroom not satisfactory room prevailed by mosquitoes very difficult to rest & sleep

Room was very bad, full of mosquito, bath room was too dirty, it was difficult to stay throughout night.

Good enough stay but the location of the hotel was in particular not so good. Muslims were in large proportion nearby and that too poor ones

I booked a single room for myself and the room was very small as per the price but if you are getting it at cheap so you can surely book.

a ) there was no hot water facility in the bathroom and they kept paint tub in place of bucket . b )bathroom was so small just 1.5 ft * 4 ft ( can send someone to check ) c ) pillow cover and bedsheet were not cleaned. staff’s are very good and polite .
