it is ok ok hotel. not Bad not too Food. Room is spacious. Chai is not good even they are taking 65/- per Tea. but i found it is ok ok hotel to stay just 1-2 days

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the room quality was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property is located in a great area, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. Overall, a great experience! Room is value for money.

Hotel staff were very co-operative, but Hotel room was too suffocated, no provision for ventilation, initial 3 hours was very difficult to survive. For food I'll rate it average to good. Hotel location was good every thing was accessible.

Property is old and not maintained properly. Breakfast not prepared on timely basis. Needs improved condition

Rooms were clean bad ventilation (though there was no exhaust in washroom ) overall okay - not that happy and will not recommend the property for stay. I don't have images

staff behaviour are very good and polite. I recommend to stay this hotel .this hotel located in civil line and comfort place for any vehicle if u r coming from other place easly available ola and uber. I suggest to hotel to improve your food taste and menu also so that we can take anything inside room. and food service delaying pls improve and give on time so that we do our another work

It was 1 night stay..it was good..staffs were nice..the best part is when I checked out..i saw my car was clean..they even took care of parking and car also.. that i liked the most…

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be a highlight of my experience. The room was well-sized, offering ample space to move around and relax. The facilities provided met my basic needs comfortably. The hotel's location is quite convenient, especially for those looking to visit the Sangam or needing access to the Prayagraj Junction railway station. Being approximately 7 km from the Sangam and just around 2 km from the junction. However, food was just "so so" and didn't leave a lasting positive impression. There's definitely room for improvement in this aspect.

Subject: unprofessional service and poor amenities at hotel bliss imperia dear hotel management, i recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at hotel bliss imperia, and i am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service and amenities provided during my stay. The hotel's unprofessional attitude was evident from the moment i checked in. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, the housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took them hours to respond to my requests. The breakfast experience was also subpar. The spread was limited, and the quality of food was not up to the mark. The dining area was not well-maintained, and the staff seemed disorganized. Considering the hotel's rating and pricing, i expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, my stay at hotel bliss imperia was a disappointment from start to finish. The room was very specious bathroom to so much big. It was value for money. Just Breakfast needs to improve.

I am not satisfied with the service of this hotel they have no mirror in room and they have not provide sleeper also what they have charged for a room but they didn’t give service like that.
