Rahi Triveni Darshan, Prayagraj

Stay was very impressive. But of course if it is in the new annexed building. Because the old building has a lot of problems like water seepage from roof and dusty. But the new annexed building where we stayed is a nice one and experienced a wonderful stay.

Poor room service. Gysers not working properly, room service not available at 6 in the mornings, loud music and lighting disturbing our stay till midnight

Once upon a time rahi triveni darshan might have been an excellent option and that still has been the expectation in everyone's mind, this is a utter pradesh state government run guest house with fantastic mind blowing location and all facilities available for one to perform rituals at the triveni ghat, they have excellent network, fantastic infrastructure, outstanding food and very good people with a kind gesture and helping nature yet i rate this average because of complete lack of maintenance. They all knew about my booking at least one week in advance, i personally have given them multiple calls because i knew i was traveling with my aging parents coming in one place from two different cities, paid way higher than the actual rates available in the market because i didn't want to take any risk, yet the room was with excellent view with horrible facilities - all electric switches are falling, no plug point working, air conditioning is non functional despite it was december but you need air circulation in a close room and air conditioning is not just for chilling it's also for ventilation (if that's what they argue back on this point, and stinking horribly maintained attached bathroom without defunct exhaust fan. Eventually they did offer another room but it was way too late because (a) i reached and checked in after 4pm instead at 12 noon, my parents were extremely tired and already settled and we got to go for maha kumbh triveni and that wasn't logistically a good option, might as well they could have gave us the other room in first place, now the argument they may have in return that they have shown us the room before checking in, yes they did fo sure but no one switches off bathroom exhaust fan in first place while checking a room at a glance - hence this was a horrible thing to happen, and the third bed which was a rot iron make shift camp cot extremely scary for me to step in yet i did, having said that i repeat they have excellent food nice staff and very nice views but that wasn't enough at any point.

You have refund the booking amount, booking date's where wrong

Besides prime location, there is nothing that this property has to offer. Rooms are poorly maintained, stinking, wall papers are torn due to seepage, old furniture & ac which makes noise of put on swinging mode. Hotel manager at reception has loads of attitude typical of a sarkari babu. Staff is only interested in tips without bothering to help with luggage. No response and no remorse is a standard response.

Good property. Good location. Bad maintenance. Flush was not working. Rook lock was not working. Discourteous staff

Hotel room needs maintenance as it was not properly managed. Doors were quite jammed, however, food was amazing and delicious.

The room was not clean. The bedsheets and blankets were stinking. It was not upto the mark as projected

It has an amazing location on the bank of yamunaji the satff is well behaved and courteous and always ready to help

Our flight missed and we didn't reached prayagraj. But neither you or payment portal simpl dont show any cancellation option or help center. So its horrible experience

I fell for the kind of misleading pics. Nothing hard to complain about. The room was big. Although the lack of maintenance was apparent but i guess the price was worth it. We faced a few issues, but action was promptly taken by them. Their service was excellent but everything else was mediocre. Note - if the same hotel was in any other place i would give 1star, but for what and where it is it's 3 star+

Not maintained properly…. Management needs to think about basic cleaning of rooms and hygiene standards ….

Good view of yamuna river, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Food was good. We made some personalisation request, it was honoured. Though a government hotel, good service like a private hotel.

Well behaved staff, rooms are very good, hotel sight is very beautiful. Restaurant food are delicious

Poor maintenance, rooms are not clean, don't waste your money in this hotel, dosen't look like the hotel in the photos in the available. Staffs are behaving rudely
