Poor service and rooms
There was not much difference on premium and deluxe rooms. The manager of the hotel was not cooperative at all and a bit arrogant too. The hotel kitchn was out of service, wifi and TV was just a showpiece it was not working too. They were charging for water bottles too said no complementary. Overall it was pretty bad experience for the entire family.

Service is not good they charged me excess for 125 minutes check out due to kumbhamela jam 30 percentage extra

Excellent Stay
Good service and staff were cooperative the room was clean but charge was high due to kumbh as 5K per night not worth for this size room.
