Located near the High Court in Prayagraj, this hotel offers a wonderful stay experience with excellent service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and both the staff and the owner are incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Other than the location, everything else was terrible ! No cleanliness at all !

It’s was good but not great for the price we paid. They need to procure new pillows as they were not clean from inside. Only cover changed on top.

Pathetic not at all clean no towels at hotels it’s not the fault of staff owner should tc of it ..

This hotel is a nightmare! Cleanliness is non-existent—stained/torn bed covers & towels, filthy toilets and an unbearable room odour. We had to request the staff to change the stained bed covers. The toilet seats were broken and filthy. The bath buckets provided were unclean, we asked to replace those and weren't satisfied by replacements. The showers wouldn't work. The lack of basic hygiene and professionalism makes staying here awful! We had paid online in full and exorbitantly high charges, so we did not have a choice to cancel this booking. Guest privacy is not respected, with constant loud arguments by other guests from the reception area disturbing sleep. During Kumbh Mela, the management is extremely opportunistic, overcharging guests with insane amounts for room booking. To make matters worse, during power outages, the hotel reserves their rights to start the generator despite repeated requests. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

The food could be a lot better. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is a definite advantage.

service is so terrible, mosquito breeding center in all rooms, rooms very congested, no looking mirror in room, very very poor quality food even after charging per night. Bathroom very small. The worst hotel experience in my life so far.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided during my stay. Despite paying for one night for a single room, the basic amenities were missing. There were no toothbrushes or tea/coffee pouches in the room. When we requested them, we were told that “doesn’t provide these.” After insisting, we were given only two toothbrushes, even though we were three guests. Additionally, the staff was reluctant to provide tea and coffee pouches, making the entire experience frustrating. The linens were dirty, and the staff showed little willingness to offer proper service. This level of hospitality is unacceptable, especially at this price point. I expect a prompt response and appropriate action regarding this matter.

the experience was average. despite charging the hotel was small, old, and basic, with a moderately clean bathroom. however, the owner was very hospitable and offered us an early check-in, which was a plus. given the room size, lack of an elevator, and simple interiors, the stay didn’t feel worth the cost.

Location is very nice food is good. Staff behaviour very cooperative.

Except food they can’t offer us tea with milk their rooms lights can’t be closed so sleep in open light their door locks drop locking you inside the room and their reception is noisy and whole night they don’t let you sleep and we booked this at 45000 while on reception it was offered at half price even MMT should have done good job

Worst experience not comfortable place is not clean

Manager behaviour and support was good but as compared to price of the room the room is not that much luxury. Room cleaning was not done even after key deposited during outing in the morning. Many more little things they have to taken care like in the room there should be hangers inside cupboard, mirror, mosquito liquid, tea/coffee packets for complimentary services, water bottle should be free of cost etc. Rest ok.

Room is good but room service poor and toilet sheet was broken and toiletries was not available in washroom.

Hotel is good. Employees are very polite. Room services very quick. Most important it is beside high court csc building, for official purpose very fine. I enjoyed a good stay.

Its a newly build property, room are very spacious and clean, location is very good, parking space available, just near to prayagraj high court. Staff were very cooperative.
