Review Of Hotel Sangam View Near Triveni Sangam

Was not really upto our expectation. Firstly Sangam view posted a profile picture of Sangam beach and river, none of this was visible from the hotel though our balcony was facing the river side. The hotel is near Boating club, far away from the Sangam, and no view of the river at all. Rooms were average, bathroom was ok but commode was placed pretty high and uncomfortable. Even the flush was not working properly.

Property is at good location. Stay was good . Staff was very nice. Very close to sangam . Recommend my friends and family

We stayed here with family. Host Abhishek takes good care. Food they served is tasty. overall good stay.

Lunch was good. Breakfast was tasty but the quantity was less. The bedsheet had spots in it. Otherwise the rooms were clean.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was outright rude during check-in, simply because we had booked our rooms through MMT at a lower price than he demanded. The room conditions were pathetic — dirty bedsheets, missing flush tank lid, a non-functional flush at first, visible seepage and stains on the walls, and a bathroom that stayed wet due to an AC water outlet draining directly onto the floor. To make matters worse, the food was unacceptable. The chapatis had a foul smell and an off taste, making them inedible. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hygiene, hospitality, and professionalism. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Everything was perfect. Staff was cooperative, rooms were very neat and clean. I don't know who all are saying in the reviews that it's not clean. It's very easy to locate and reach. Best stay i would say

Worst service without lift, restaurant, high price and unprofessional staff. Only name is sangam view but no river or sangam view

Very nice location and very staff behaviour

AC will run as long as there is power. Inverter backup is only for fan. There are frequent cut in night and we have to face heavy uneasy environment for sleeping.

The AC was not working we hardly, there was no water supply in the washroom, and had to ask multiple times for the water supplies at the reception. The property does not have a lift our room was on the first floor but so we did not have any prob but the property is of 4 floors so you might not be that lucky.

the location of the hotel is very good but rooms can be cleaner , the bathroom is spacious but not cleaned properly
