It was a wonderful stay indeed. If anyone planning to come to Prayagraj via Train, then no doubt go for Vivek in . It offers you with all the essential amenities like AC room , cleanliness at high notch. And I got the room Thank you MMT and TripSecure for this beautiful Stay. The staff were very cooperative specially the Main check-in manager and the owner itself. So cooperative in nature.

Room was neat and clean,well furnished, washroom was spacious and clean. Staff (Heena)was also cooperative,quick response and humble.

Very clean and cozy room. the staff is very co-operative. The hotel is at a very prime location and very affordable. Heena Ji and Faheem Ji were very cordial and co-operative.

Vivek Inn (they have another hotel near this property , named Vivek Hotel) is a newly constructed hotel for Mahakumbh. Its construction is excellent. Sanitory fittings are of good specs. Room and bathroom is good. The location is great for Triveni Sangam. Shops are all nearby. However, the hotel management should consider the following; - Mattress and pillows are of poor quality and need replacement.Both high & low pillows should be provided; - In the washroom mirror over washbasin and a corner shelf is required. Also, bathing stool should be provided. - Below the TV console should be provided for keeping small items; - Near the door some kind of a shelf for keeping luggage is a must along with a small almirah; - Electric kettle with tea/coffee material should be provided. The above will not cost much but will go a long way in the comfort and customer delight.
