As the price is very economical the stay is ok .Location is also good, Staff was friendly, I do not try food so can not comment.

Had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Found this place perfect for a comfortable stay while traveling to Sangam.

Good and clean and bathroom also clean with no smells at all and all are maintained and with door locking systems

Property only have Coffee and water botel

the stay is quite economical as their services are really good. the only suggestion is to keep towel and toiletries in room, rest it was a wonderful stay without any hassle

hotel staff is tooo rude n unprofessional... Most of the hotels allow early check-in if requested well in advance... As soon as receptionist saw I booked ,HE BECAME UNCOOERATIVE AND despite availability of room , this hotel charged me extra for early check-in... when asked for receipt they denied flately. room given was below standards as shown Hotel owner is unreachable there n staff is too arrogant and don't understand meaning of hospitality. I travel a lot & alws book. This was My worst n Terrible experience till date... Never ever book this hotel.

Everything is good..rooms are well maintained and clean.Location is nearby Johnstonganj square.Food is not avails in the hotel rest other amenities are present.

Property was good, neat and clean, location was also good. Only problem was communication between MMT and hotel, as hotel staff was unaware about extra mattresses need to be provided free of cost as per booking voucher.

The receptionist said that there is some kind of error in their system and didn't allot a room till we pay extra 150 rupees other than what we pain in make my trip for booking. The hotel receptionist /manager (one in the reception) asked us to pay extra money of150 rupees saying there was an error in the system with make my trip.

It was a wonderful stay indeed. If anyone planning to come to Prayagraj via Train, then no doubt go for Vivek in . It offers you with all the essential amenities like AC room , cleanliness at high notch. And I got the room Thank you MMT and TripSecure for this beautiful Stay. The staff were very cooperative specially the Main check-in manager and the owner itself. So cooperative in nature.

Room was neat and clean,well furnished, washroom was spacious and clean. Staff (Heena)was also cooperative,quick response and humble.
