Location is near station which is convenient and facilities were okay, not so good, clean and decent compound, ventilation was poor and common bathroom yet neat and clean

Ventilation is properly did & drinking water facilities not properly available.Bathroom is not good & not safer for ladies

The check in was good but the room was horrible. With broken furniture dirty windows, sofa and everything was too dirty. Specifically the bathroom was horrible. With broken tiles stains broken bath fittings and no buckets. Total loot of money

I was always booking but this time it was terrible experience and after complaining also I didn't get the proper response wic i didn't expect from a company. I'm very sorry the minimum hygeine of drinking water cup was not clean ,room also was not clean ,TV was not there ..I complained immediately checking into room but I didn't get the justice and I checked out from the property around 3.15 pm .They didn't pay bk the amount also stating property should accept the complaint wic he was not ready.. Ok ...Thank you very much .You gave me very nice experience It was a terrible experience.The hotel hygeine was not at all good evening the water cup was not clean . Once checked in called Inspite of calling they were not able to resolve the issue stating the property has to accept the complaint for cancellation and refund and they didn't accept n i didn't get the refund also.. Thank you very much for a life time nice experience

Too dirty, the service was not even worth 500 rs. After all that the guard/staff was asking for extra money

The photos are 10 years old, please see the photos. The staff is facing this constant situation as photos are something else and property is absolutely run down 10 year Unmanitained and dirty, unclean property. there are termites across walls, bathrooms have not been cleaned for 10 years. drainage is all choked up. this is a typical tier 3 city low end property, ranging at 800 rs. per night and during Kumbh mela charging 5000 per night. absolutely daylight robbery it is a guest house / hostel kind of property. we had booked their business room with attachments bathroom, but it was a nightmare.

Property location is good. Property very old. Bed and linen not clean. It's was like temporary adjustment made. Rates is high compared to facility provided.

Property's location is good. Rest everything is terrible. No intercom Stayed there for 2 days and no cleaning was done. Staff is very rude. they just want to have money without providing any service. Not recommended for anyone to stay there

it was terrible, no clean washrooms, they dnt know which room I booked,they ask me to show the receipt to know which room I booked, they dnt have a knowledge that rooms are booked, contact no they mentioned on the site was not working. I dnt know how shows these type of hotels , it's a insult for the brand.

Worst stay ever . The property looks like a hundred years old unused building with no renovation, no maintenance nothing There are charging 3.5k - 4k for rooms like 200-300 rupees max. Rooms don't have any attached washroom, only shared washroom for the entire floor .

though it was mentioned as commom wash room we didnt konw that it was common for almost 10 rooms. the condition of bathrooms were pathetic and untidy.. we really struggled to use it. Rooms were also not clean and full of mosquitos.. they didnt showed the courtesy for providing miner water bottles. moring onwards there was no power supply in the room and we coudnt charge our mobiles..

Washrooms are dirty. rooms are also dirty mosquitoes are there, no water, no cleaning, No security. Overall bad experience

Make my trip should not be listing such properties. They are using this plateform to do fraud by giving their rs 400 room at a price of rs 4000

Worst experience in my life

I have not stayed this hotel, looking at the room and reception and overall ambience. I checked in another hotel which was decent. Pls do not go on the pictures which has shown on mmt. I am surprised how come make my trip can list anything like that. Your family will not be safe . Reception guys act strange. Forget about rooms its horrible. I am fighting against this with make my trip for entire refund. It was completely misguided by the pics , its been 4 days no response from make my trip even after being a loyal customer.

Very poorly maintained rooms with no ventilation at all; not worth the hefty price. Can’t recommend
