The stay was very bad, they asking extra charges for dental kit. In breakfast they Given only one item Like only Single Pratha for 2nd paratha demanding for extra Charges. High Charges Small Room. Very Bad Experience.

Everything about the hotel is excellent including the staff behaviour they are professional attitude helpful nature of the staff of the hotel along with very good food quality and excellent service and the location is also fantastic so would recommend everyone to go for this hotel

The location, food quality and service of the hotel is good. However, complementary potable water and tea/coffee sachets were missing. A fixed portion of breakfast was available.

I was on an official visit to prayagraj and hence booked this hotel for 3nights with complimentary buffet breakfast. The room was pretty dirty and bad and when i asked to change, they said that they are full. Next morning, when i went my breakfast, they denied for it even when i showed by booking pass. Somehow the hotel owner was there and i made a complaint to mm t and with support they let me have my breakfast. Next day again the same issue, the restaurant manager denied to let me have the breakfast and i can have only 1 item out of 3 ( poha, poori bhaji, paratha. So i thought i am done and again i have to complaint at the reception. Overall, my experience with the hotel cleanliness, staff behaviour, their service was terrible and this hotel do not worth a single star. Will not recommend anyone to book this hotel for anything. And if you do, do it at your own risk.

1. Food served in night was not fresh. 2. Only puri and alu parata in breafast menu. 3. Ac was not working in room. 4. Oil pouches and joy shop was given in bathroom. 5. Room service boys wornder around chewing paan masal. 6. Not worth for a hotel 5k per night

Stay at hotel was average. Room service was good. It can still be improved. Parking space is an issue. It should provide all facilities as mentioned by it.

It's the best hotel i have enjoyed. Rooms are widely spacious and has aristocratic essence. Everything is best and awesome. Food is too good
