Hotel was not clean and services are poor every thing was poor and foods are also very tasteless poor

Nice and cordial behaviour. Easily accessible through GPS tracking. Located in the main area of Civil lines having all the facilities nearby.

Property is located in one of the best areas of prayagraj, food was good. Also amenities and services are up to the mark. I asked for iron to the hotel staff they immediately managed it. So staff is also cooperative and well behaved.

Stay was good and pleasant food was delicious, staff behaviour was good it was really good except for 2 to3hrs at night some noise was coming like desk table shifting continuously so it was disturbing sound and irritating also.

Room very tiny dustbin broken and bathroom continue flow water very bad experience rent very height staff say 10 o clock u pay 800 to before time to check in
