My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

hello, after taking my booking they told me that they don't have any room. all room are booked they shifted me in another property. all though the that property is no bad but this is not good.

Very nice location, and very good rooms. I totally loved it. The Lift and good internet speed were really a pleasant surprise for us. The staff too was courteous.

Disappointed! booked a deluxe room with a balcony but got a ground-floor room. Service was extremely slow. I don't have any image

There were hair on pillow cover, sheets weren't clean and no sealed bottle was provided but staff worked quickly to get it all fixed.

Good stay. Basic amenities were provided. Location was a bit secluded, other than that it was good.

The behaviour of the manager was very rude. The food served was stale and rotten. Even the hotel management was constantly forcing my parents to leave the hotel as early as possible. The geyser was not working in the room. There was no balcony in the room. Breakfast and lunch was pathetic. My parents fell uneasy after lunch. I complain strongly against this hotel. Please take strict actions and compensate me for this experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Please don't trust fake ratings i choose this hotel due to 5 star rating but the reality was completely different. Cleaniness, location, service, behaviour of the staff every thing was terrible.

The location was great and the staff was very polite. They ensure i had the location and shared their personal number just incase i needed anything urgently. Also they made sure that all our requirements were catered to. I would definitely try this place again if i came to prayagraj again
