every amenities of the hotel is good.very near to prayagraj rambag railway station & chota hanuman mandir of rambagh

The hotel is clean and the hospitality of staffs are also nice towards guest . The price is also not too high

Food was oily and the room was average…not like the pictures shown in make my trip

Stay was comfortable. Location is near to Prayagraj junction. Meals quality in its restaurant was also good.

Review for Kaveri Hotel, Prayagraj During my stay at Kaveri Hotel in Prayagraj, I found the rooms to be small, but given the rush and high demand during the Mahakumbh, they were manageable. The ambience was decent, though some areas could benefit from better management and training. Despite the challenges posed by the overwhelming crowd, the cooperation from the staff and hotel management was commendable. They did their best with the available resources, ensuring a reasonable level of comfort in such a hectic period. While they could have provided better facilities considering the scale of the Mahakumbh, I appreciate their efforts in maintaining essential services. Overall, a fair stay given the circumstances, and I thank the team for their support during this time.

1. room was filthy 2. ⁠bedsheets were ultra dirty - we bought our own bed sheet and used 3. ⁠toilets were not clean hence we didn’t take bath 4. ⁠no window or ventilation in the room 5. ⁠ac was totally shabby and not serviced 6. ⁠floor were sticky 7. ⁠rooms was touch me not . price was extortion - hotel stay no worth. i didn’t take any images

Hotel kaveri is a decent hotel with good restaurant. Centrally located

It was a good experience. If at all visit prayagraj next time will visit the same hotel again. Also the food was awesome.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Right from the check-in, the front desk staff lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism. The entire process felt outdated and inefficient, reflecting an old-school business approach that does not align with modern hospitality standards. The building itself is old and poorly maintained, with cleanliness and upkeep clearly not being a priority. The rooms were equipped with outdated window air conditioners, and the furniture looked worn out. The overall interior quality was subpar, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the washrooms were average at best, and the absence of an exhaust fan only added to the inconvenience. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the railway station, which is convenient for travelers. However, for the premium price charged, we later realized that there are far better alternatives available in the area. Given the poor service, outdated amenities, and lack of maintenance, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I had advance booked a deluxe room in december for a stay on 1 st and 2 nd feb at a fixed non cancellable high rate per night ( because of kumbh ). When we reached we were allotted a claustrophobic room enough for the bed with no room to even open our strolleys. Had to fight with the owner / manager who was trying to make higher money by giving us cheaper room. Later we were shifted to another room which was slightly better but small nonetheless. The rooms are not worth more than 2500- during normal times. Sorry not the hotel for me next time if i am promised something and given something else. Had to show the deluxe room photos in the booking after which they shifted us.

Rooms were clean and food is decent. This place is very close to railway station.

If you are not allowed to enter pragyraj city if you are travel-ling from outside in your vehicle then you must let your customer know about this issue before taking booking

If government is han and train cancel-led then i m not stay and they didn't refund my money and say i m not responsible for it. Very bad experience and very bad working behaviour of hotel collluge

Unhealthy food, room condition was very bad, staff were not having basic manner to deal with the guests, they were greedy and were looking for money for every basic call

Good and clean rooms, ac in the room is outdated but since it's winters not used it continuously can improve it. But overall good experience

Customer services are absent- would not help tourists with info and guidance. The restaurant is unclean and they look uninterested to feed. The front desk is too bad- not once did they facilitate transport for sightseeing- esp during kumb one is overwhelmed with crowds. Rooms are ok. Location is ok if one wants to go to ghats. Hotels closer to allahabad univ are better for food option and entertainment

Rooms are very clean and staff is very co-operative. Location is nearby to Triveni Sangam. Very Good Hotel to stay in Prayagraj.

Poor location and no parking difficult to find as located in narrow space. Don't know how this hotel received 3. 8 rating.

No hospitality, inspite of being on 3rd floor we hardly got a chance to use the lift as it was loaded with luggage besides this the rooms & corridors were stinking
