Newly built, clean rooms, good service. Had a great stay at the property. Clean freshly prepared delicious food

Newly constructed hotel, hence the rooms were clean and spacious. Property is having a good basement parking. Overall good experience. All staffs were cooperative including the hotel manager.

Services in the hotel were in worse condition. No one was picking up the phone and we have to reach to the reception for even to provide water bottle in room. Tv was not working and even after complaining, they did not take any action.

Property was okay , they denied the 1000rs voucher they offered for booking at reception , not a good experience.

It’s a new built hotel. For Mahakumbh stay & managing the guest they converted their marriage hall to dormitory. It was a very decent & comfortable arrangement by the staff. Rooms being booked in advance made many travellers to opt in for dormitories. This place is walkable distance to the ghats. Also there are E-rickshaws, bikes & busses available easily as it’s located on the main road. Compared to other dormitories this was found very clean & having family crowds occupied in the dormitory.

Pricers2q00/ per day is too much I feel rs1000/ is maximum for around 50 plus beds of for only 2 rest rooms and also no srvice Over all it's 0k but not for that price again for dormitory

Location wise it is good and staff are very friendly.Food was good but little bit costly during kumbh mela

far from ghat , near creamation place , disgusting cleanliness , poor quality food , didnt like the hotel at all

No flexibility for ladies no proper management communication , unhygienic bathroom no proper water facilities, mosquitoes everywhere.

Though this is the only property we got during mahakumbh. It was not very good. We were 4 friends who stayed in the dormitory. The toilets were not in good condition, and the mosquitoes wreck havoc while sleeping. Overall a very poor place

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE ,PRICE INFLATED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MAHA KUMBH 2025, NO COURTESY NO ADDITIONAL OR ATLEASE LIP SERVICE FOR VISITOR ALL STAFF WELCOME IS INTIMIDATING IN LOBBY TAXI DRIVERS AND VENDORS ARE PUSHING AND GIVING ADVISE FOR THEIR EXPLOITATION AND OCUPYING ALL DSEATING AREAS

It was ok,hotel is being newly developed. Scope of improvement is there. Has the potential to do better.

Booked hotel for kumbh...the hotel does not inform that police will not let you reach the hotel, on asking they tell you that they will send taxi and take additional charge, they will not refund if you don't reach the hotel even though charges are 10 times normal days. booked room for 1 night , waste of money. If they would have refunded the amount then would have given them benefit of doubt but I think they deliberately keep you in the dark.

hotel did not provided any thing mentioned in the services. We had to book dormitory at last moment. Bathroom was very bad, no cleaning, no mirror. Geyser and AC was to be provided with mineral water but none of thing provide. Behavior of staff was good but looted money in bad service and high charge

Amazing stay. I stayed during Maha Kumbh time and with so much of chaos in the city they really treated us well. The food was amazing just like home cooked and staff were so helpful.
