date of the booking will automatically change. they will not refund the money. also they have different hotel running in the same premises and they will say hotel is booked when you call about your booking and you will not be able to refund your money even after making complaint. please stay away from this hotel and do not book this hotel. hotel manager is too rude and will not pick up your phone when you genuinely raise concern about your booking. they have false system where they can change the booking dates when you try to book hotel for peak hours like mahakumbh time. I have booked multiple hotels during last few years but did not got such bad behaviour from hotel manager anywhere. this is the worst hotel ever u will stay. god bless them.

Breakfast was not given , hotel was named as fab hotel but it’s a home . Charges are much more than the room and service which are provided.

All the hotels i have stayed in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience i have had. Instead of fab hotel they gave me citimax hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, i kept looking for the hotel with my old parents, but how could i find it because its name had been changed to citimax, also no customer care executives were picking my phone. It was raining too. Local people there did not know about fab hotel. I will take this issue to consumer court.

Hotel did not allow checkin. When we reached the property the manager said that the hotel did not have the rooms and by mistake the mmt is showing the property

I went to hotel from train stop around 1 pm on nova 6th and i was told that my reservation was cancelled. I was not notified of it and has to find another hotel. Never ever book this hotel.

Dear all, I’d like to share my recent experience with MakeMyTrip regarding a hotel booking. From October 9 to October 10, I booked two rooms at Fab Downtown Residency, with confirmation received a month prior to check-in. The day before my arrival, the hotel called to confirm the booking. However, on the check-in day around 4 PM, I received a call stating that my booking was canceled due to undisclosed issues at the hotel. I was reallocated to a much lower-quality hotel, Imperial Hotel, which was almost ₹1,800 cheaper than my original booking. MakeMyTrip was not informed about this change. Upon checking into Imperial Hotel, I found it lacking essential amenities like a lift, Wi-Fi, and even dish TV connectivity—it felt more like a lodge than a hotel. I contacted MakeMyTrip around 9 PM to explain the situation. They raised a ticket on October 9, but despite multiple follow-ups and submitting evidence, their resolution was inadequate. They closed the ticket after issuing a one-time voucher of ₹1,250, which is of little value given the existing discounts available for hotel bookings. Using their coupon would still result in a loss for me. MakeMyTrip’s representative informed me that the hotel was fully booked, raising the question of how my initial booking was confirmed in the first place. Thats a total scam done to me if booking was confirmed for me then how come hotel got fully booked I booked Fab Downtown Residency for ₹5,000 for two rooms, while Fab Imperial Hotel was priced at ₹3,199 for the same. MakeMyTrip did not provide a proper refund and offered a coupon with numerous terms and conditions. While I appreciate the politeness of the customer care representatives, the resolution process took 13 days, and I remain unsatisfied with the outcome. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels for improvement. @ makemytrip.you didn't care about your customer rather tried to get rid of me at easiest way possible Thank you.

Rooms are neat & clean. Well maintained i stayed for one night but staff ia very supportive specially mr surrender kumar at helpseak. Kuddos.

Good food and good room

They charged us above the booking we made. They were not allowing us to check in unless we agree to their terms of making additional payments.

It was average hotel. Staff was polite. No pics. It was average hotel. Staff was polite and cooperative. Location was average. Room was ok ok type. No toiletries except a single soap bar. No water heater no kettle no fridge.

There's no power back up as if light connection is not there you will have to suffer from this, also they have changed name to citimax inn hotel from downtown residency so you will have to spare 30-40 mins to find the correct location and no one from nearby knows about the real name. Very annoying.
