Hotel has managed everything very well. Everything is above par. The best part is the hotel ambience and not to forget the food they offer. the buffet breakfast is delicious. I have ordered dinner from rooms service and the taste was 'very delicious'. Near, clean and maintained very good hygiene. I have been told there is an upcoming cafe inside the hotel and that would be open in a few days. will visit next month and stay here again. 👍

AC not working, no restaurant, no replenishment of toiletries, no bottled water in the room. The hotel is under construction and most of the amenities are not available. Most of the amenities mentioned in the MakeMytrip portal are not available

Celestial Inn hotel has ordinary accommodation, just a bed and bath type hotel. Location is not bad. You can not expect any service here. There is no resturant or food arrangement here. Only Complimentary breakfast is served which is brought from outside and there is very limited choice of food.

We booked executive room at 11000 per day. Enormously high. Staff is not trained at all. Highly unorganised. No coordination between staff. However breakfast was simple but tasty. V new hotel. No restaurant. Rooms v v tiny but clean.

I wasn't able to reach the venue despite all attempts. The staff never gave the actual location of the hotel. They kept giving details of a nearby hospital. Can make it good for me as my entire family had a harrowing time due to no place to rest. I would expect a refund Feel free to get in touch via my cellphone

Bakwaas, terrible, under construction property, no food, hygiene issues. It was bad. No one should opt for this hotel. Its a fraud

hotel didnt have basic infrastructure ready including AC,restaurant, lift , bathroom, ongoing construction resulting lot of dust,mosquitoes left us wondering if dormitory was much better! Pls avoid hotels which are not complete / undergoing construction to anyone, definetly not a pennyworth

its an unconstricted property with no facilities..the owner of this property is misleading with wrong pics .there is no such buffet place, hall, kitchen pantry available .its a terrible place with overcharge .one star property

This property was not ready to take in guests. Reasons 1. Construction, polishing, woodwork drilling work was happening and the whole hotel including the stairs amd lobby was dusty with a layer of thick dust. 2. My room again was dusty and i started to have breathing issues because of that. 3. As i entered the room, when i checked the bathroom there was dirt from the previos customer still lying around and it was a terrible feeling. 4. The bathroom was very badly designed and very uncomfortable. The front office though courteous were nit able to help me out with any queries. It is much substandard.

Dear team, i travel very often however recent experience didn’t treat me well. Pfa pictures of celestial inn at prayagraj where the lift was not operational and the whole area is filled with construction dust. There was no ventilation and no a/c in the room. The room was filled with mosquitoes and it was smelling. The tap in bathroom was not working properly. When we complained about these issues even after paying rs. 10, 000- they asked us to pay more to stay in a better hotel. The complimentary breakfast was started only after 9. 30am which delayed our travel to next place. I would like you to register this feedback so that other customers won’t suffer. Also please refund our money as we faced lot of issues and couldn’t sleep whole night. Hope our issue will be resolved soon. Thank you! regards, dr. Banu teja reddy p
