The facilities were not clean. Mainly bathroom was not clean

I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with my stay at Radha Prasad which I did not expect at all from a Hotel which had many good reviews !!!! Room size is small , Toilet and Rooms are TOTALLY dirty . You can’t use the toilet and the reason they told when we asked to clean was “we tried but the dirt is not going so...” we had to adjust ! Urban clap toilet cleaner would definitely do the job ! AC did not work, we had to wait till 11 pm to get it fixed and we lost our time and had to manage the next morning , BED was also not good .. Also the SWIMMING POOL - NIGHT TIME photo they are showing is a TOTAL LIE , they are giving Swimming Pool for a class and not allowing GUESTS to swim saying it’s not allowed ! Food was also very average only , coffee was terrible and for that, we were charged 5x for that coffee when ordered from room ! I never had to share my bad review anywhere until now but this experience made me want to share. The front office person worked at late evening when we arrived there was rude as well. Overall, BAD experience.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I found live cockroaches crawling around in the room – completely disgusting and unacceptable. I don't know how a place like this is even operating with such poor hygiene. It was late at night, and I had no choice but to stay, but I barely slept worrying about what else might be crawling around. I reported it to the staff, but the fact that this happened at all is outrageous. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness or guest comfort. Avoid this place at all costs until they get serious about pest control and basic hygiene.

All the arrangements were excellent. Being located in the center of the city, one could easily go to all places. The children liked the swimming pool very much. The food was very tasty. Receptionists and assistants greet you with welcome.

stay was good and hasslefree.. breakfast spread was good n fresh.. piping hot served... location in the centre of market with adequate parking... value for money stay.... curd rice is a must try....

Hotel images are deceiving. Looking at the images and feedback you book hotels and upon very unpolite and unwelcoming person at the fo. Asked for a ln extension didn't look into the upcoming reservation and said a big no. Rooms size are smaller than pigeon holes. Bathroom fitting broken and stained. Checked out the same night without having to stay overnight. Pathetic is not the apt word. Something below

The pièce de résistance is the rooftop pool, where you can soak up the sun and... question the cleanliness of the pool chairs and tables. I wondered if they'd ever seen a disinfectant wipe. Communication can be a challenge, as most staff members speak only the local language. But hey, it's a great opportunity to practice your charades skills! The rooms? Cozy. And by cozy, I mean tiny. The interior design? Interesting. The washroom? Well, let's just say the exhaust fan repairman earned his keep, spending two hours fixing the, ahem, "fragrant" issue. But the grand finale was the checkout process. Our manager, in a dazzling display of customer service, regaled me with a 15-minute verbal barrage for the egregious sin of being 15 minutes late. Bravo! In conclusion, if you enjoy a dash of adventure with your hotel stay, this might be the place for you. However, if you value cleanliness, communication, and basic human decency, you might want to look elsewhere. Rating: 1.5/5 Will I return? Only if I'm feeling particularly adventurous... or masochistic.

I booked a couple of rooms for an overnight stay. The rooms were spacious. However, i noticed that hot water facilities were not available, and the hotel had no segregation between smoking and non-smoking rooms. For the price point charged, these are fair expectations.

The swimming pool was the worst with dead insects and flies. Bathroom was very shabby staff during check out was rude

Bad stay, hot water service is from 5 am to 9 am. They dont provide dental kit. Extremely unhygienic. The entire room was dirty pillow were with fungus could see the yellow color.
