Everything is bad

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel. Location of the property was good. But the cleanliness of rooms was poor. Dirty bedsheets , unhygienic washrooms . Our stay could have been better if they improved the overall sanitation of the hotel.

Malfunctioning bathroom. Power outages. Expensive

all charging points not working bathroom shower not working ….room mein cockroaches 🪳 ghoom rhe hai …..old type rooms ….renovation k jrurat hai

Location: excellent. Food: good in taste but very poor in hygiene ( got a cockroach from inside the tea pot. Amenities: very poor, lift was not operating during our entire stay from 04 november 2024 to 09 november. Had a very difficult time with my 67 year old diabetic wife climbing the stairs to second floor for five days. Washroom door did not close. Leaking cistern was repaired on third day of reporting. Badly stained toilet pot. Erratic hot water supply. Services: good. Overall, a terrible experience. Would never recommend to anyone.

Most unhigenic hotel i have ever seen. Bed linens were not changed prior to my arrival. Hair strands were present all over the bed linens. Food was good. Restaurant staff was very good and courteous. I would not be the one to recommend this hotel for stay.

This is not comfortable as we spent money on this. Lift is not working. They can provide mineral water and other required things. All are chargeable.

Poor room service, bedding not available after request, 2 times room change. Restaurant service ok & food also ok

I was shocked to k ow this is a 3 star hotel, the manager was least bothered about our requests. Asked for Luke warm water when checked in around 2 pm but never got the water from the room service. The bathroom door didn't even had a lock, the AC was poorly placed right in front of the bed. Will not recommend anyone to book this hotel

I booked 2 rooms for 6 pax on 11 feb in this hotel. When i checked in at 5 pm the rooms were not ready. We were made to wait for 35 min. When we went into room it was unclean. Unhygienic. No support by house keeping. Reception manager was impolite. Overall worst place stayed in recent times. Mm t should remove it from their list.

Good old property in the heart of jammu city, though the services could be better. Don't forget to bring your own dental kit. The hotel doesn't provide that.

That the property is on great location and the staff, rooms, restorant is more than good from our expectations.
