Review Of Hotel O Tezos Palace

First of all, the hotel staff were extremely rude and arrogant. The moment we stepped in, they had the audacity to demand extra money and threatened to cancel our booking if we didn’t pay up. It felt like we were being blackmailed. We were exhausted and had no choice but to agree. Even after paying the extra amount, the rooms were in a disgusting condition — dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned properly. To top it off, they didn’t bother to give us basic necessities like towels, soap, or anything else. The entire experience was a pathetic joke. Absolute worst service ever — avoid this hellhole at all costs.

They denied me the stay stating the price i have booked is less than they offer offline. I had booked through mmt. So they said they wont let me stay at hotel. Talked with me rudely

The hotel charged me extra. They didn't give me the room i had booked. They didn't clean the room even once during the stay. I asked for water. They sent a bottle and asked 20 rs then and there in cash for the bottle

rooms are good but they could make it better… when we reached they asked that what rooms you want to take.. if you want big room you have to pay extra
