It was really bad experience honestly everything really bad room, washroom bedsheet everything really terrible and I can add breakfast in my booking but there are no breakfast no food nothing and service was not satisfying

poor hotel not cleaned very baad room .. staff behaviour . hotel show photos beautiful but room not same very poor room bad too much

I paid for the breakfast while making the booking, whereas i was refused for the breakfast at the hotel.

3rd class hotel don't book this kind of hotel rat and cockroaches all over the rooms and A.C are not working and staff are always trying to looted you in every way and they do not provide rooms that you show and breakfast not provided by the hotel they just charged you when you reach hotel they denied every thing

compare to price its gud bt just for sleep.. don't think too much...mascitos every where.. water heater not working..

Very bad experience in my hotel stay line. The rooms totally dirty and different from online pictures. Hotel name also different on board written by owner. No cleanness. No TV no AC. I gone with my family and safety and security also not , room corner open condition in outdoor any one can see inside the room. I called customer care for changing hotel but customer care not attending calls. In night we were stuck badly in this hotel. Dharmshala is good from this hotel

Good stay place is very clean big parking space and room is good everything is good no doubt

Staff was cooperative, but condition of room wasn't as par as the amount we paid, room was small and smelly, washroom appliances(flush& geyser)weren't working well. Dustbin and other Necessities weren't provided. Only thing, staff was helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. It was pretty. The washroom was also clean. Hygiene was properly maintained.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. You book the hotel 15 days prior and check in at 7 pm in the evening, and the rooms are not ready. The rude staff argue that hotels usually prepare the rooms after guests arrive...what a joke 🤣 Above all, no hot water, no water bottles provided even after asking (maybe they thought I was asking for complementary water), literally no amenities were provided...not even a water glass or water kettle. Besides, the place is full of dirt with a foul smell. Don't go by old pics by the owner, see the real recent pics of the room and bathrooms I have attached. Completely, waste of money. Try to avoid otherwise a stay in a hotel like this may ruin your whole tour. BTW, you may prefer in case you are alone, and a bachelor and get the room below 500😜

No working ac no working television electric shock may be in geyser water unwashed/old blanket

The water ran out, the room stank, the washroom was in dire need of repairs, however the staff was prompt and nice and helping.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the basic amenities like a flat-screen tv, and air conditioning.

Please avoid booking this hotel. I booked 1 room for 2 ppl few days in advance, we reached around 11pm due to our delay in train. After reaching, hotel staff denied checkin and later had to call customer care. One guy came and misbehaved with us and no number plate on the vehicle and asked us to look for another hotel. He literally asked us to escalate, and it won’t bother him ..

It's very strange that the photo which is posted is totally different from the original rooms which we were offered. when you pass by the lobby u can smell the liquor smell through out.

An excellent stay with a relaxing environment basic comforts, fast service, and clean room.

The room was cozy and clean, and the staff was attentive to our needs i had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
