At first the receptionist denied check in and asked why did you paid through the app . Then after 45 mints after contacting mmt helpline a room was given. The room description is as below:-
1:-Bedsheet was filled with sand and heavily stained even the mattress also was freshly strained.
2:-The blanket looked like it was not washed for decades.
3. toilet and wash basin also poorly maintained.
4. Room floor was also full of proper sand.
now when I asked the receptionist to arrange clean bedsheet and blanket he rudely rejected there was no other bedsheets available and couldn't change the bedsheet.
after calling the property owner the receptionist arranged a brand-new bedsheet and pillow cover.
But again left with dirty blanket and stained mattress.
so I threw the blanket on the table and myself turn the mattress upside down. and bought myself a new blanket from market
