ROYAL CHETAN INN

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel ROYAL CHETAN INN, BHUBANESWAR and wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. My room was not only spotless but also incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home. The taste of the food was delicious. Additionally, the location was perfect, offering convenient access to move anywhere in the city. I wanted to take a moment to commend hotel staff for their outstanding service during my recent stay at hotel Royal chetan inn, Bhubaneswar. Special thanks to Front office manager Mr. Sharma for his profession and very helpful nature. After a long time I saw such professionalism in the hotel. Thank you for creating such a positive experience. I look forward to returning in the future and will gladly recommend to friends and family.

Room was dirty, bed sheets was not clean, windows are broken, tv was there but not recharged. Proper staff was not there

Room service was not good. Intercom teliphone is only showpiece. It was not working. They should maintain proper cleaness.

Initially given a room with broken window glass and door without lock; after request, changed to ground floor room resembling a guest house. Strong odor of amurtanjan and phenyl; faulty washroom taps. Uncomfortably stiff bed. Worth 500 rupees, not more.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

The room is spacious and have a working water system 24×7, but the bedsheets were unclean and had stains, food is tasty, overall average.
