The hotel receptionist refused checkin and demanded Rs. 700 extra apart from what I paid during online booking. I called customer care regarding the issue. The customer care representative called the OYO team for resolution of the same. But to my surprise the property manager called the receptionist in front of me and asked him to not let me check in unless Rs. 700 extra is paid. Also, the property manager clearly refused checkin and asked me to call customer care and get another hotel arranged if I am not ready to pay extra. The staff behavior was rude but due to urgency of work, I had to pay extra and check in the hotel. Condition of the room was too dirty. There were cockroaches all around in the room and bathroom. I asked the hotel boy to give me a clean room and a water bottle but the hotel boy and receptionist both denied the request and said, " If you want to stay then stay like this only or else leave". I called the customer care but they were helpless as the hotel was an OYO hotel and MakeMyTrip has no direct dealing with it. I was also refused a refund from MakeMyTrip for the extra money i erroneously paid. I request everyone who is travelling to Bangalore or anywhere in India and need to book a hotel then please avoid booking hotels which have written OYO in its name or else your experience will be pathetic.

dirty hotel with unprofessional staff
I booked a room for 5 nights based on photos & reviews. A terrible mistake on my part. We got a room 6 hours late. Bedsheet was unclean and not changed even after request. The room was dirty with ants & cobwebs, no towels, no soap. Wifi didn't work. People kept knocking at our door in the middle of the night. It is as bad as you can guess. Stay away, not worth it.

Overall average stay
Linen is so bad and has a lot of stains. Mosquitoes all around and the room is not so clean. The bathroom is okay and the room is small so not recommended for family travelers.

Don't visit this place. Bad smell with out proper cleaning, way of communication of hotel manager is not good.

Horrible stay here.
When reached hotel they told room not available even I booked before, called makemytrip but they also not helped me. After sometime they gave a room, after many calls and I was looking outside. First of all room service very bad, dirty room, no AC, TV was not working, they gave only one towel that to be used one, toilet flush was not working and many more. One more thing makemytrip site also no proper response, I reached customer care and this is not that concern department. Useless service by hotel as well as makemytrip. Thanks.

Sai Kuteer is a good hotel to stay in budget option. As it have great location, neat and very clean and good washroom and very comfortable room to stay with cleanliness.
