Review Of Hotel O Maya Palace

At first when i have reached there were saying me that i have to pay extra charge becoz they are not able to provide room in that amount and even i didn't get the exact room which was shown in mmt and there was not being housekeeping occupied service they don't even use gud mope for wiping the floor and the blanket was too too smelly room were being very dark light. For work stay it's fine because we don't have much time to stay on the room for whole day but for holiday purpose stay it's worst.

As soon i reached hotel they told that with the total amount which i paid t they won't give me an ac room. For ac room i have to pay additional charge to which i agreed as i didn't had any other option at that moment. Post that they didn't provide water bottle, bed sheet was too dirty and room was total dirty and not cleaned. Added bathrooms had foul smell. That day at night the hotel owner charged me to pay additional money to which i told will pay the next day. The next day i left the hotel without staying there for the next 2 days for which i had already paid. This is most horrific experience for me staying in a hotel.

Good room. Good food. Friendly behavior

Hotel was at remote location with very little connectivity. Entrance was just for namesake. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic. Worst experience of my life.

Third grade residence. Dirty, unhygienic, unsafe, noisy, no follow of covid protocols, no mask, no temperature measure, tiny rooms, dirty bathrooms, fulk of smell of wine and cigarettes.
